Dr Who Figurine Collection #166 Magnus Greel

The Magnus Greel Figurine captures the likeness of the character as seen in the episode “The Talons of Weng-Chiang” (1977), one of the very highest points of Doctor Who. The figurine shows Magnis Greel without his mask in his ornate long coat. The figurine was meticulously handpainted to show the disfigured features of his face and little ornaments of this costume.

The Magnus Greel Figurine comes complete with a 20-page illustrated magazine featuring information about your figurine and we look back at the creation of the character, plus exclusive behind-the-scenes of the 1977 adventure “The Talons of Weng-Chiang”.

Great story and was glad to see that he’s in “Bendy Face” mode instead of his mask, like the magazine would of suggested, but it’s hard to get a good picture of his face, seeing it appeared for about 5 seconds.

They’d simply screen grab the image and work from that.

Postie delivered my subscriptions today and I must say the figurine of Magnus Greel is outstanding, the pose chosen really suits the figure and I’m really pleased to have him in my collection, I hope Eaglemoss will also do Mr Sin at a later date as to complete the pair 🙂

I agree, absolutely adore this figurine and the entire collection in general. Would love in the future, if there’s more extensions (fingers crossed,) for them to do a Li H’Sen Chang and Mr Sin either as a shared base figurine or as a double pack.

Couldn’t agree more, absolutely love this figurine and adore the collection in general. Hoping if there’s more extensions in the future, fingers crossed, that we can get a Li H’Sen Chang figurine with Mr Sin either as a shared base figurine or as a double pack.
