Dr Who Figurine Collection #148 Carnival Auton

You would think daffodils are harmless until you meet Daffodil Man Auton! He was one of the Autons in their carnival disguise programmed to seek out human faces! Find out more dangerous facts about Daffodil Man Auton with the Doctor Who Figurine Collection.

The Autons were known to spit out a thin film of incredibly tough plastic that covers the mouth and nose, suffocating their unfortunate victim. This fantastic Daffodil Man Auton figurine captures him wearing a bright yellow blazer and hat with brogues in different coloured leather. This figurine also captures his hands holding a gun to pass out dangerous flowers ready for his next victim; as seen in Terror of the Autons (1971).

Daffodil Man Auton Figurine comes with a fantastic 20-page illustrated magazine featuring information about your figurine and an exclusive story of how costume designer Ken Trew produced an unforgettably disturbing appearance for the bizarre Autons.

my favorite figure, but it was always top of my list, love it when they move away from the “norm” and work outside the box

I wish they would do a Nimon as well. The Mandrel they did last year was great.

Really fantastic figurine in hand! Great to see these more unusual choices. I wonder how much of a chance there is for more ‘left-field’ characters like the Collector from ‘The Sun Makers’ and the Seer from ‘Underworld’ before it ends although I’m hoping the collection will be extended again… I couldn’t resist making my own Ogri figure and modifying a few others to expand the Tom Baker section!

Perhaps it was just a glitch in the system.

The DALEK15 code seems to have expired. The NEW15 code worked for me.

Great figurine! ‘Terror of the Autons’ is a classic, and one of my favorites from the Pertwee era. Certainly my favourite story from season 8. Might have to get this little auton figurine.
