Whilst still managing at the same time to sell FULL Sets of both ‘GERONIMO!’ & ‘GALLIFREY’ to customers in the US & Oz months before any release here (Plus a pile of Exclusive figures as well!) September 14th, 2014 - 6:13pmI don’t have a Twitter account, so wondering if anyone has posted a complaint tagging Titans and FP. I saw a consumer programme that said the most effective way to get a positive response was to constructively complain on Twitter as the company doesn’t want a global audience seeing negative reports. Something tells me that Titans and FP wouldn’t care but it may be worth a try…even posting a link back to this page would be fairly damning.

October 15th, 2014 - 8:08pmtbh I’ve always found fp customer service very helpful usually when a new figure comes out I don’t pre order them but I ring up my fp in Cardiff and ask if they have any in stock before making the hour journey there if they have one in stock they reserve it for me till I can pick it up later that day

August 21st, 2014 - 7:13amYes, those were the few boxes that TITAN Pre-released at the SDCC recently & were all over ebay. I have pictures of all the figures including the Rares ~ So yes, they have definately been made, but like you cannot understand the hold-up? I knew they would not be out next week, because usually a number of UK sellers get their advanced orders & already have them up for sale. Having constantly checked ebay near each release date nothing has shown up…

I have updated info for the ‘Gallifrey’ set but I’m not going to put it up until nearer that release (ie 2015 by the look’s of it?) I’m fed-up of doing TITAN the favour.
@Mick ~ I noticed the ‘Gallifrey’ set had been put back to October, I would take it as a given that it certainly won’t be out this year or the ‘Regen’ set. If ‘Geronimo’ does indeed come out in Sept I would expect them

July 31st, 2014 - 1:28amI don’t overly blame Forbidden Planet. Just wish Titan would get their act together. Any collector in this field knows and expects delays, but some companies keep fans up to date, keep the info coming and keep everyone on board. Radburn’s comments elsewhere on this topic are right, they are following a familiar pattern which doesn’t bode well.
How hard would it be for Titan to keep twitter / Facebook updated with the latest info so buyers knew what to expect?

Obviously doubles you can shift on ebay ~ But you may need to hunt down an odd standard figure & some of the variants. The prices at the moment on ebay for them are silly as usual…

To be perfectly honest I wish they would just concentrate on one set at a time instead of piling stuff up ~ Look what happened to Bif Bang Pow! & their Retro line. Constantly stacking up what they were going to do, releasing pictures & even printing stuff on the back of figures they released ~ Then Pfft!

You can pick up sets 2 & 50th from ‘cafe_pop’ & ‘rdoctorwho’ both reliable sellers on ebay. You can get most of the main figures from them but may have to hunt down (Obviously) the “Chase” variants…
