December 22nd, 2014 - 2:01pmI was very skeptical when I first heard that Titan were releasing comics for the Ninth Doctor. Christopher Eccleston is a fine Doctor, but I really don’t think there’s scope to explore his era much further than what we see on television. I get a nice, self-contained feel from his run and I am all for one of the Doctor’s incarnations being short lived.
With this in mind, I’m glad that Titan are just doing a one-off five part series, so just one story from the Ninth Doctor.

December 21st, 2014 - 3:20pmExcellent! Eccleston was brilliant. I hope they start to use even older Doctors, but I doubt that would happen. I’d love to see some Paul McGann.
