    • anonymous

      November 15th, 2014 - 8:29pm

Time of the doctor set would get my vote

    • When The Doctor Was Me

      November 18th, 2014 - 1:22pm

      Between War or TOTD
War because its a 50th anniversary merchandise!
TOTD because its most likely Smiths last figure!

I have just ordered this and the Impossible Set for XMAS i cannot wait 😀

Awesome! I bet you will love them!

Impossible Sets great, and this is too. Enjoy them.

    November 15th, 2014 - 2:54pm

(I have just got mine in the post), obviously I love it. Feel like I should have another one but whatevs. If i want to make a display for TDOTT, and I stand it with the War Doctor, which 10th doc figure should I use?

    • DocEke

      November 15th, 2014 - 3:26pm

Use either the series 2 one with jacket, or a custom with the brown shirt

  • DoctorWho50

    November 15th, 2014 - 1:03pm

Just got mine yesterday mint condition! Look’s pretty spectacular alongside the 10th doctor and the War doctor figures.

  • daz

    November 15th, 2014 - 12:28pm

Got mine today. veriy impressed with packaging and look of the figure. I still think it overpriced but still had to have it.

Still on fence about impossible set. Hoping they do a clara and 12th doc set in 5inch soon.

    November 15th, 2014 - 12:17pm

Just compared the 5″ Capaldi head to the 3.75″ ones… Yeah… The 3.75″ toys are bad

    • Living Shadow

      November 15th, 2014 - 12:49pm

The 3.75″ Capaldi head isn’t that bad, it’s better then what you’d get with a Star Wars figure!

    • finn townley

      November 16th, 2014 - 6:09pm

Star wars figures are quite good well sometimes

  • Chris

    November 15th, 2014 - 11:09am

Does anyone else’s figure have the tiniest of slits in his purple coat? When you’re looking at the figure, it’s on the left-hand side roughly halfway up/down.

    • Warrior Doctor

      November 15th, 2014 - 11:11am

Yes! Mine has that! At first I thought I had done it but it appears it was there all along!

    • Chris

      November 15th, 2014 - 11:40am

It sounds like a manufacturing issue. I changed the waistcoats the other day and it was fine, so I don’t think it’s anything to get worried about.

    • Living Shadow

      November 15th, 2014 - 12:50pm

I have that on my War Doctor figure!

    • Chris

      November 15th, 2014 - 12:55pm

      In exactly the same position?

  • ahunter8056

    November 15th, 2014 - 12:10am

My two sets arrived today (well yesterday now). They do look brilliant. Of course I haven’t taken them out of their boxes, as one is a Christmas present for my boys and the other is just for me to keep and to decide what to do with it later, so I can’t make a full judgement, but they look pretty good. Can’t say they were worth the price, but I couldn’t pass up a Series 7 Part 2 Eleventh Doctor figure.

  • Matthew

    November 14th, 2014 - 6:39pm

I got my dispatched email on Wednesday, do you think it’s worth going to the sorting office tomorrow morning, do u think they will have it?

    • cheesy pie

      November 15th, 2014 - 7:39am

I would wait but then again it is up to you

  • Dalekparadigm2

    November 14th, 2014 - 5:22pm

Still no dispatch email. Really Quite upset. Was going to be a reward for raising money for Children In Need today (as it hadn’t arrived sooner) but now isn’t. I wish I lived closer to one of the stores so I could just buy it.

    • doctor what

      November 14th, 2014 - 5:28pm

You might want to contact FP (or wherever you ordered from) about that, everyone else seems to have had it dispatched, and most people’s have even arrived.

    • booboo

      November 14th, 2014 - 5:31pm

sometimes with these items you order them so long ago that the card date you used as a payment method expires or something like that

      worth checking

    • Dalekparadigm2

      November 16th, 2014 - 11:29pm

how would i go about checking? I couldn’t find an email address for fpi anywhere. Maybe i missed it.

    • Dalekparadigm2

      November 16th, 2014 - 11:45pm

As soon as I had written the last comment I found the email address and contacted them. Thanks for the suggestions!

  • doctor what

    November 14th, 2014 - 4:16pm

Mine arrived today! It’s fantastic bar a few issues, namely:

One of handle’s eyes isn’t completely painted, not that noticeable
The aged 11 head has brown in his hair (this might be normal, not sure)
Some paint bleeds on the shirt pieces
Capaldi’s hair has been painted over onto his forehead (quite noticeable)
Smith has dodgy eyes and a glue mark on his forehead (quite noticeable)
The coat has a little slit in it (i notice this a lot)
The sonic is badly painted (this is on all of them really)

Is this worth complaining to FP about? Or leave it

    • booboo

      November 14th, 2014 - 4:23pm

      its up to you

however character DO want to know about any manufacturing issues so if you are really not happy with some aspects drop FP a line and see what they say

    • mick

      November 14th, 2014 - 4:27pm

one of mine had a dodgy leg and had been opened before as the tape had been removed from the tardis box and the ties holding the figure to the blister inside had been removed. I have emailed popcultcha twice now and still yet to get a reply. wouldn’t mind but when you pay £26.67 in customs fees you expect your goods to be factory fresh!

    • Nathan

      November 14th, 2014 - 10:21pm

The sonic in mine is the best painted sonic yet. Also looks like a new mould?

    • doctor what

      November 14th, 2014 - 10:25pm

Yes i think this and the impossible set sonics are new molds. That slit i said about in the coat is getting bigger, probably due to swapping the shirt pieces. I will probably get onto FP about this.

  • THE 13th DOCTOR

    November 14th, 2014 - 4:13pm

Got dispatched email on Wednesday, but it hadn’t arrived yet, should I b worried?

    • cheesy pie

      November 15th, 2014 - 7:41am

no don’t panic it might come today or monday

  • Grant

    November 14th, 2014 - 12:38pm

Mine arrived today! Box and figures in mint condition! Very pleased an excellent set! The box is divine too! Well worth the wait!

    • Nathan

      November 14th, 2014 - 4:05pm

Mine came today too. Mines perfect too so I’m also really happy 🙂

  • Oracle

    November 13th, 2014 - 10:12pm

Wow two days afte dispatch it came! I was so close to cancelling the order from FP to, so glad I didn’t this and the war doctor are excellent figures. I can handle no more 5inch if it means we get figures as superb as these.

    • DS

      November 14th, 2014 - 2:55am

I see your point, still need a proper Night of the Doctor Eighth Doctor though and TVM Seventh Doctor in hat and straight face.
Not to mention a straight faced Capaldi all in 5 inch.

If the discontinued range means we get good quality figures the fans want then yes. Plenty more classics to be produced.

    • Oracle

      November 14th, 2014 - 7:19am

Yes definitely , now that they have the head sculpt it would be mad not to make the Night of the Doctor McGann . I was hoping they did a 14 doctors set with variants of each doctor in compared to te 11 doctors set.

    • DS

      November 19th, 2014 - 11:51pm

Yes, the eleven doctors set was very popular there are so many good opportunities!

  • DoctorSong2013

    November 13th, 2014 - 9:42pm

Got my despatch earlier, I was in the middle of watching an experiment in a science lesson and my phone off luck it was on vibrate

    • cheesy pie

      November 15th, 2014 - 7:44am

lol I was in a science lesson with my phone in my pocket and I was praying that it wouldn’t go off.

  • Dalekparadigm2

    November 13th, 2014 - 9:12pm

I still haven’t got my confirmation email. I’m a tad disappointed as I’ve waited for so long.

    • Tom

      November 13th, 2014 - 11:11pm

I got sick of the delays so cancelled my pre-order & ordered from the states 2 weeks ago. Still hasn’t turned up & now wish I’d just bought from FP. That’s what I get for being impatient but I feel your pain as I’ve wanted this since it was announced in summer 🙁

    • RhysCH

      November 14th, 2014 - 9:38pm

I did the same, but ordered off of popcultcha, got my dispatch email on monday, I’m hoping for an arrival on either tomorrow or monday!

    • Anonymous

      November 14th, 2014 - 10:00pm

i ordered off popcultcha took 9 days to come but i paid for express delivery. it spent 7 days at customs.

  • Andy Thorpe

    November 13th, 2014 - 8:31pm

Got my dispatch email today. I can’t wait. Is it wrong for a 28 year old man to be excited over a figure? Lol. My wife thinks my Doctor Who obsession is out of control.

    • Dalekparadigm2

      November 13th, 2014 - 9:06pm

I don’t think it is. Passion is a great thing!

    • Tom

      November 13th, 2014 - 11:09pm

No! I’ve recently moved in with my gf & taken my figs out of the box under the bed to display proudly with my new impossible set & this set! She understands though & thinks its cute 🙂

    • Andy Thorpe

      November 14th, 2014 - 5:35pm

You know what’s funny. My wife use to think I was a sad geek when we first met and now she watches Doctor Who and was really in to it when Matt Smith was The Doctor. I wonder why lol. I’m glad that I’m not alone.

  • Ian

    November 12th, 2014 - 8:30pm

I got it today but was shocked that the price is £32.99!. Its a nice set but not worth that much.
