There is a long history of the current logo being used on stuff that is from an earlier era.
Look at the Target books there are 1st, 2nd, 3rd Doctor stories that have the 80’s logo as it was the current brand logo when the book was eventually published.

Even earlier than that, the target logo changed regularly.

    See your point Uncle Davros.
Not totally sure, but I imagine all company’s will have no choice in matter, and are obliged to use the newest Drs logo. It’s happened for years that the newest Drs logo is on all products.

Be even better if it had the 9th/10th era logo rather than 13th era. I know that’s nit-picking, but it would just make the whole Time Lord Victorious merchadise feel even more linked to the era its Doctors are from, IMO.
