From the top-security confines of Stormcage to the barbarism of first-century Egypt, River battles to find the Eye of Horus before its powers are used to transform the universe. To succeed, she must team up with a most unlikely ally – her own fictional alter ego, Melody. And together they must solve another mystery: Is fiction changing into fact – or is fact changing into fiction?

Thanks Booboo! I missed out on the upcoming signed Target books because FP isn’t shipping to the US right now. But I was pleased to see Waterstones is, so I’ve snatched up a copy of this!

Do Waterstones take payment upon ordering, of when the item is released/dispatched?

Thanks fr the Heads up. The chances of meeting Alex Kingston. to get a signed anything, is less than not a chance. so this was a nice surprise. more Expensive than Hive Books £12.65, but sometimes a treeat costs more.

    Brilliant .

I use waterstones all the time. I don’t mind paying full price for the books as i have a loyalty card that builds up and allows me to take money off other orders. And they do normally send stuff out early.

I’ve used Waterstones before for signed editions when I could not attend. Always great service and no extra charges.

Waterstones never charge extra but they do charge full price for the book generally. I get a lot of signed books for them and they’ve always been good. I got the Richard osman book signed and delivered early as well. When i saw this i was surprised as they don’t normally have who books signed. Oh, i posted on the questions page to let people know but forgot to put my username again

FP are the same, they never charge extra, I would rather pay a few pounds more for a signed bookplate edition than a bog standard discounted book.

Totally agree. Sometimes the books are exclusive editions. So for instance the Richard osman book had extra material in the form of a deleted chapter. Others like this one are just signed.
