The Doctor needs a cure for the plague and hears about Master Chief’s Friend Cortana and finds out that she is the cure. When the Covenant hear about it too they look for her too and take her and force her to take her away from the Didact and a new war begins. As The Doctor fights his way through Jul Madma and his forces he is soon helpless as the Didact closes in.

Master Chief needs new recruits to help the Spartans win the war against the Covenant. The Doctor signs up to help and learns the truth about Master Chief that he is only a kid. When the Doctor meets Crimson, Lieutenant Blaze, and Commander Storm they are captured by Jul Madma and his forces. They need an ingredient that will cause a plague to all Spartans but when its found The Doctor makes it different so that it will help the Spartans be better, stronger, faster, and more agile but instead it makes it worse.

Cybermen arrive, the Doctor is taken prisoner, so Clara must travel to Mondas, to stop the cybermen. Next series, the Cybermen will come back in Cybermen in Japan. Has porridge in as a cyber slayer.
The Alliance- Clara light story, sees the Doctor and Clara travel to a museum, The Alliance. Clara gets trapped in a mirror. Just who is the mysterious alliance.

The Krynoids rise, episode two, is told mostly flashbacks, and it is a horror story. The Krynoids, escape into the Tardis, and spread across it. Are the Doctor and Clara trapped.

E1: The Doctor takes a confused Clara to an alien shopping mall, whilst there a fortune teller tells the Doctor he will die soon whilst the rest of the mall get attacked by a robot army wanting to feed off people’s secrets.
E2: The TARDIS is drawn off course and crashes on a spaceship made entirely of steel and nothing else. It is the Cybermen who have summoned the TARDIS so they can use parts of it to fix their ship.
E3: The Cybermen kidnap The Doctor and parts of the TARDIS meanwhile Clara meets a man who’s conversion went wrong.

E4: The Doctors amnesia is getting worse after his regeneration and he forgets who River is, she and Clara attempt to take the Doctor back to times he had with her so he remembers however The Doctor starts attacking and killing people. E5: The Doctor and Clara travel to a planet where a dragon is beaten for food. However things go from bad to worse when the people on the planet die after the duo find out the dragon has a deadly disease.
E6: The Doctor and Clara are summoned by, Vastra and Jenny after Strax has been kidnapped and tortured by the Sontarans for being friends with the Doctor.
E7: Clara and Jenny travel to the Sontarans ship to rescue Strax whilst The Doctor and Vastra attempt to make peace between The Doctor and The Sontarans

E9: The Doctor receives a telegram from River expressing her sadness for the passing of Clara. However Clara isn’t dead. It’s the Cloners again that have summoned people to Claras clone funeral so they can find out answers where the Doctor is and kill him.

E11: Clara comes face to face with an army of Daleks that take her to a shooting place when there she meets a family that killed a Dalek to save their parents life and are therefore on trial.

July 30th, 2013 - 10:16pmE12: The Doctor receives a distress call from Jack Harkness after he has been involved in a wind storm in the peaceful planet of Crangtor. It turns out it’s a mad woman who is obsessed with storms killing people.
E13: The trio arrive on a spaceship that is full of mad scientists. On there they are obsessed with the fact that the Doctor has two hearts, that Jack can’t die and that Clara is female, they attempt to kill them to win a prize in a galactic competition

July 30th, 2013 - 10:20pmE14: The Doctor, Clara and Jack are kidnapped and taken to a toy factory where they meet a kidnapped River and an ancient Celestial Toymaker who wants to get his revenge on the Doctor before he dies. They have to take part in games of death to become rulers of the Toymakers land that has been dying for centuries.
E15: Clara has been injured in a game and the only way she can be saved is by The Doctor, River and Jack playing an awful game of darts that makes them confront their enemies

Part 3 would be April-June of 2016.
