Heading into the 60th Year of Doctor Who it seemed entirely fitting that the Fourteenth Doctors Sonic Screwdriver was given an exciting exclusive unveiling to fans on the Doctor Who Booth at the San Deigo Show!
The limited-edition version boasts an exclusive ‘electro plated’ finish making it look like real polished steel and brass. It also boasts two modes of operation, Open and Closed, as well as five brand new and totally unique sound and light effects, with each accessed by a different button sequence. The Sonic comes in Regeneration style packaging with a sturdy mailer box.
Ensuring all fans have the chance to own this special piece, Character Options is delighted to confirm the latest Online Exclusive and for this Anniversary year, is this very same Special Edition of the Fourteenth Doctor’s new sonic device and is available for sale and immediate delivery now.

July 25th, 2023 - 12:59pmMine arrived at about 10:30 this morning. It’s much better in person. Put to bed any design flaws I had with it. i.e. the claw looking way to low. But in person when you do it, it’s like it turns it into an antenna.
Solidly made and the finish is very crisp and to a high standard. If this is a sign of the quality moving forward I feel we’re in for a real treat!

July 25th, 2023 - 10:56amI also ordered before 10am,getting no email doesn’t really mean anything my last order i got no confirmation email and my despatch notice arrived after the item had already arrived to me so it could already have been sent to you anyway.It says 3-5 working days delivery so give it thursday before panicking.as long as you saw the “thank you” screen and it showed you an order number your fine your order went through.

July 24th, 2023 - 5:14pmThey’ll be sending them in their shipper boxes, so it definitely won’t go through a letter box. DHL gives you the option to divert your parcel to a pick up location if you’re not going to be in.

July 23rd, 2023 - 10:48amAlready answered above, Serial eBayers will just get friends and family to order for them, they do it for a living, and as i have said, only a small % actually end up on eBay.
Character advertised it as a limited edition so initially many core collectors would think that’s the only way of getting one once it sold out.
The main reason this happed is that Character massively under produced.

Very upset as she was so excited to show to me online yesterday after the end of a difficult school year.

July 23rd, 2023 - 10:30amI think character should cancel orders of those ordering over 2 per household,therefore making those of us that bought first time around happy as it well still be kept to one limited run and it well also give fans who missed out happy to as they’ll get a quicker another shot at getting it. Having a second batch has annoyed me and other fans as it claimed to be limited edition if they make more it really isn’t.There is another version coming out soon so it wasn’t really needed.This way everyone wins.

July 21st, 2023 - 11:00amConsidering the slow burn of the Silurian set, and the current economic climate, supply chain problems, inflation etc., this Sonic selling out so quickly could turn out to be a big positive for us collectors – it’s a great demonstration that there is still a huge fanbase market willing to spend during these hard times. Who knows how this might translate in future prop and figure releases, revitalising both the Classic and No Who ranges? Last 18 months, I’ve been expanding my Sixteen12/Product Enterprise collection – now THOSE prices are making my eyes water …
