I’m probably the only one disappointed at the lack of any Paradigm Daleks on the Matt Smith one. Still, it still looks pretty good.

It’s not just you I’m disappointed at the lack of Paradigm as well. They could have easily added the new metallic Drone. I can just make out the Supreme on the final page.

Its because the paradigm daleks aren’t good at all. They look terrible.

IMO the paradigm Daleks don’t look terrible. The colour scheme is what let’s them down the most (i’m looking at you orange scientists) but the build of the Daleks is IMO good as it looks tank like which is how I see Daleks like individual mini tanks. I’m sick of the bronze Daleks as they’re becoming overused now a days

The problem with the paradigm daleks is they look like they’re made of plastic, they’re too tall too. I mean in past stories it’s been ok them being tall, the supreme daleks and the invasion of earth, but that was for a reason. mainly identity and adaptation to earths environment. But the new ones they look stupid and use it for no reason. Whilst the past bronze versions were fantastic. They even could have gone back to silver and blue using those daleks, they would have looked brilliant any past colour scheme would have done the job.

Whether fans like the Paradigm or not they should have included one in Matt’s picture. They’re his Daleks despite the production teams best attempts to mess things up by bringing the bronze ones back. Now that’s a type of Dalek I’d happily see retired for good.

Personally, I love the Paradigm Daleks.

I love the Paradigm! I don’t even mind the colour scheme, the only reason it looked so bad in Victory was because there was one one of each colour, that made them look like Power Rangers. They would like amazing as an army of Red. I hate that the Bronze are back now, Moffat did this whole ‘Pure Daleks’ thing and just becuse a few fans (who can’t accept change) moan, he brings the old ones back! Even if I hated the paradigm, I’d still want to see Moffat make them good, instead of devolving them into our beloved, but dying, Bronzies.

You’ve got it spot on Professor When. The Paradigm are crying out for a story that will actually give them something to do so that they can show off their new features. As much as I like it Victory wasn’t that story and Asylum certainly wasn’t. Imagine how much better the Parliament would have looked full of the new metallic Drones with the odd Strategist and Scientist dotted here and there plus the Eternal at the Supremes side.

The 2013 was only licenced in the USA, that’s why it was hard to find everywhere else.

I refuse to get anything with all eleven Doctors that has my favourite one as a blip in the back.

I’m guessing he means Paul McGann is his favorite Doctor, judging by his name, and he’s disappointed McGann isn’t closer to the front.
