Hopefully Slitheen will show up in either issue 9 or 10 and the Infinite stays on into set 2 (as going by the webstie they won’t make a different one but that would look odd in with the new set as it is numbered “090”).

I think skeletal master is the rarest ultra rare card dw2005 as it was the
last ultra rare card I got! 🙂 hope you get your cards too!

August 18th, 2011 - 7:01pmIn issue 9 there is a picture of Madame Kovarian’s card Which is the fourth out of 22 new Villain cards. Using that it leaves places for 16 Doctor cards to precede it bringing the total up to 30 for the Doctors and 42 for the Villains.
And if you mean a Peter Cushing card I doubt they would do that, the last thing they need is to confuse young children as to what he is.

August 18th, 2011 - 6:47pmI tried zooming in on the picture to see if I could make anything out but I have not had any luck, although the card to the far right looks like it says “The End of Time” on it, although I cna’t be absolutely certain it would appear to confirm it is the Tenth Doctor.

August 18th, 2011 - 6:50pmBut you need to remember that this is targeted at 8-12 year olds who would have been 2-6 when those episodes were on the air. Of course there are DVDs and repeats galore nowadays but most young children will only properly remember David Tennatn and Matt Smith so will want the cards to focus on those stories rather than something that was on when they were very young.
There are bound to be some cards but it will not be that many.

August 18th, 2011 - 6:55pmHe was for many people but chances are only the people at the upper reaches of that age scale will remember him. There will be a few cards from his era but not that many. There were four last time but there were also three from the TOm Baker era so they may just have made them “for the fans” rather than the target market of children who are fans of the newer eras of the show.

The album is pretty cool and with double pages of cards, I reckon it could fit the Second Set in too, it just depends on how many cards are in the Second Set.

August 17th, 2011 - 4:03pmYou could hold both sets if you double the cards up (in other words you have two in each pocket with one facing one direction and the other facing the other way. You can hold 234 cards if you use one per pocket or 468 if you double them.
Double up and you can hold both sets (and possibly quite a bit of the third when it eventually comes out).

August 16th, 2011 - 8:09pmIt’s a good magazine, good value for money if you don’t have the DVDs already (fortunately my collection was very small so it wasn’t too bad). It’s very different from the other magazines though as it builds up to an overall encyclopedia so the magazines themselves become rather insignificant and the overall thing becomes more important so it can’t really be compared.
