I buy every issue and cover variant, even though I have only read a couple of pages in the last 100 issues, but we should be grateful that this is not a lazy celebration, ie we have not got multiple covers. They could have done 12 (Doctors), 33 (seasons) 50 (years) etc it does not bear thinking about.

November 13th, 2013 - 6:47amI was staggered to hear that, but pleased also as it is the no1 selling magazine in the UK, so again raises or maintains DW’s high profile.
In this instance we should at least be grateful that it is the cheapest magazine that has 12 different covers.

From the looks of it, it’s just the current 2010 version of the Doctor Who logo, just the word ‘WHO’ can be seen, but it’s gold, that’s all really, so no logo change will be happening.

I just thought they may change it because Moffat said the 50th anniversary special would change doctor who forever or something so maybe they would have changed it.

November 12th, 2013 - 5:00pmThe 9 audios are Urgent Calls (6th), The Veiled Leopard (Ace, Hex, Erimen and Peri), The Sirens of Time Episode 1 (Multi Doctor story but Ep 1 is purely 5th if memory serves), The Assassination Games Episode 1 (7th), Rise and Fall (Short Trip read by William Russell featuring 1st), Mission of the Viyrans (5th), Destination: Nerva Episode 1 (4th), Dark Eyes: The Great War (8th) and Cuddlesome (5th). Most have been or are still available for free on BF’s soundcloud but there’s 5 complete adventures out of 9. BF are clearly using this as a taster.
