Sadly havint got my issue yet. I walked to Barking to see if I could by it in WH Smith at Barking Station, they had none, then went to Barkings Vicarage Field shopping centre to their WH Smith, they had none, went into Asda right next to that WH Smith, and yes you guessed it, they had none either 😛

I’ll pop back to the one at Barking Station tomorrow, they should have copies of it by then 🙂 . . . . if not, theres gonna be hell to pay 😛

There is a Sainsbury’s here in Ilford, but it’s a long way away, where as Barking which is right next to Ilford is a quick short walk that only takes about 20 minutes to get there so obviously I’d head back to Barking and get it there. I’m going to pop up there abit later and look in WH Smiths at Barking Station, they should have some copies by now.

Hi. Thinking about getting the mag, instead of Doctor Who Adventures. Im 12, and I would like some comments (good/bad) and is it worth the money? I already collect Dr Who Monster Invasion, but i am finding DWA a bit childish and boring. The gifts are either notepads or pens aand pencils, and most of the facts i already know. So when i looked at the dr who magazine, it looked perfect! It would save me £74.50 a year as DWA costs around £124.50 a year and dr who mag costs around £50 a year. Could i have some comments please. Thank u

      yes

      Doctor Who Adventures

This magazine is written for and aimed at children in the 6-12 years old age range.

It is specifically targeted at a core age group of 7-8 year olds.

You 4 mags instead of one a month

      Its a different target audience.

      March 30th, 2012 - 2:24pm

£54 a Year for DWM (Filled with all the latest news)
£130 a Year for DWA (Filled with news that we found out about a month before)

    • booboo

      March 30th, 2012 - 2:25pm

DWA is not a news magazine

    • Nicholas

      March 30th, 2012 - 2:37pm

Yeah I Suppose. If you are into finding out all the latest news as well as interviews with the old cast and new, go for DWM. if you enjoy jokes, limited news, comics
and free posters go for DWA. But DWM is cheaper

I think we need a change for the title sequence, they have made some modifications to it but really, it should sound different now,

we need a theme tune that re-incorporates the signiture of “dum dahdum dum dahdum dum de dum dum dee dah, bahbahbahbam bahbababahm bom bom dudduhdeeda duhduhdeeda deeduh duhduh duhduh X2 Oohwahoooo, ooobuddydooooo, .etc ” in the current titles they should put in the dum de dum into the sound. blahblahblah but I’m serious though 😉

It will just be a bit more expansive than Matt Smith’s crediting.

It’s amazing how alot of things about the magazine still haven’t changed, the important things I mean. You’ll see this if you read the old ones. When the first issue was out, it wasn’t called DWM though, was it ?

Just exploded with complete and utter joy!!! Looks like a BRILLIANT issue!!!! Can’t wait to read the interview with Jenna-Louise Coleman!!! 😀 She was great in Titanic last night and it looks like she has much more to do in this weeks which is good as she was a bit underused in last nights. It’s a great time to be a Doctor Who fan! But hey, isn’t it always?!!????!!? 😀

well, really you mean 12th doctor [matt] or 13th dr because tennant regenrated twice!

    • Give me a Dalek any day

      March 27th, 2012 - 4:51pm

The Stolen Earth regeneration doesn’t count as the Doctor didn’t fully regenerate.

It might count, but it would just mean that Matt Smith was the Doctor’s twelfth incarnation but eleventh body (still leaving his the Eleventh Doctor).

It would be good to have an alien companion rather than human after human.

The episode with the cowboy is currently called The Gunslingers though that is subject to change.

I only watched that Titanic last night just to see how she acts to get an idea of how her character in Doctor Who might turn out before we see her make her debut appearance in the Christmas special. She aint bad.
