They’ll be sets too eventually. (We release individually at first to pay off the cost of the moulds – the last set was an exception, as we were rushing to have out for X-Mas 2021.)

By the way – the set won’t have glitter on the Hand of Eldrad badge, nor GITD on the Silurian. These features exclusive to the individual.
