Tardis kid 2005
March 21st, 2015 - 9:40pmI want all 😀
MickeySmith07
March 17th, 2015 - 4:33pmTo all the people who don’t like the character selection. They tend to do 2 waves of figures that have a different selection of characters. If you look at the Adventure time and Guardians of the Galaxy Funkos you can see that.
Julez
March 17th, 2015 - 4:02pmWhy no 3rd Dr, Jon Pertwee he’s the one I’d buy 1st
booboo
March 17th, 2015 - 4:09pmWhy no 1st, 2nd, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th Doctors or 200+ other characters and monsters
Answer= no mater what companies do some people wont be happy
Sam Richard Bentley
March 17th, 2015 - 4:09pmThe way that they sell these sort of items is they look at who is the most relevant at the time, and also who is the most sellable. So, Peter and Matt are the most relevant Doctor’s at the moment, and Tom and David are the most sellable – being the most popular Doctors within the community of Who fans.
Now, Jon will be brought out – eventually. I can’t see it being in the next wave, I feel that the next wave will be more likely to have Christopher, William and John, but that’s just an estimated guess really. I could be wrong.
I really want a Sylvester McCoy one, but they won’t be releasing him anytime soon because he is, sadly, neither relevant at the moment, nor a very popular Doctor – but I’m happy to wait for when he is released.
Trenzalore
March 17th, 2015 - 4:30pmI think they’d be better off making this wave then moving on to another project – Funko seem to have done that with previous collections and these look like they’ll get a little boring after a while. Plus not sure many will be getting the full collections – just maybe their favourite characters (like I’m just getting 11th Doctor) and this set covers quite a wide enough range.
MrHalloWho
April 11th, 2015 - 5:39pmThey do the most recognised characters first. Anyone who watched the classic Doctor Who episodes is sure to agree that Tom Baker was the most recognisable Doctor. Probably out of all the Doctors (maybe apart from Tenant.)
CallumEales
March 16th, 2015 - 1:55pmWhy no 9th doctor ?
Nobody in particular
March 16th, 2015 - 5:16pmAs much as I love him, he’s not very popular among the majority of fans who are likely to buy these 🙁
MrHalloWho
April 11th, 2015 - 5:41pmThey do the most recognised characters first. Anyone who watched the new Doctor Who episodes is sure to agree that David Tenant was the most recognisable of the four Doctors.
I’d like to see a War Doctor at some point. Not sure how well an older actor would look with the Pop figures looking like 2 year olds. I remember the Emperor from Star Wars looking good.
the paternoster gang
March 14th, 2015 - 7:25pmThanks for posting this booboo.I will definitely be getting the tenth doctor.
The Eleventh Doctor
March 14th, 2015 - 6:19pmDefiantly getting 11. 🙂

February 23rd, 2015 - 8:18pmD these figures have much articulation?
The Bad Wolf
February 23rd, 2015 - 8:33pmI don’t think any funko vinyls have any articulation
Trenzalore
February 23rd, 2015 - 8:37pmThe head moves 360°, think that’s it.
Dr who 12 doctor
February 24th, 2015 - 6:42pmI hope they have the Tardis door to close and the tardis interior and articulation on the head and arms
Cyberman Bill
February 25th, 2015 - 9:17pmNo articulation…. On some, the heads move. I was told The TARDIS door does close but there is no picture inside of the Console. It’s just blank or “screen accurate”. These are great. I live in the states and have been collecting these for awhile now…. You won’t be disappointed In these.
Cyberman Bill
February 25th, 2015 - 9:18pmAnd I forgot to say…. Some have articulation in the arms
Nobody in particular
March 15th, 2015 - 9:18amYeah, most of these look like they have arm joints in the promo pics, but it could just be the way they’re sculpted
MrHalloWho
April 11th, 2015 - 5:44pmThe computer picture of the TARDIS has the doors closed, so I’m sure you can open/close at least one. If anything, I’d rather have them stuck closed than open.

February 22nd, 2015 - 1:43pmI know these are aimed more at collectors rather than children but, really, c`mon, 14+!!!!!!!

cyberdoctor42
February 21st, 2015 - 1:38amI really like the style of these much more than the titan figurines but just to be on the safe side im gonna buy these in person to avoid any problems with paint
cyberdoctor42
February 21st, 2015 - 1:41amWould like to add that im gonna buy the tardis and either the 10th or 11th doctor.

Anonymous
February 19th, 2015 - 11:24ami’m surprised they are not already there!
MrHalloWho
April 11th, 2015 - 5:45pmThey’ll be in Australia, the USA, Russia, France, Italy and Jamaica long before Britain.
Makes sense for a British show.
T4RD1S
February 18th, 2015 - 7:34amKinda creepy but cool!
mick
February 17th, 2015 - 11:51amim not sure about these I bought the ghostbusters ones online and had to keep returning them due to wrong heads on bodies, parts missing and some of the paint work had been missed being painted . eventually got some correct ones but they arnt the best for paint apps still.
Fezmeister
February 17th, 2015 - 2:25pmYeah, I think I’ll look for these in stores. I had to search through quite a few for reasonable paint apps when I was buying some Game of Thrones figures. I’ll definitely pick up a Weeping Angel and Twelve if I come across either.
Oliver Crabtree
February 17th, 2015 - 9:12amWoohoo! Just preorderd Capaldi, Weeping Angel and Tardis! Do you know when they will arrive for us here in the UK Booboo?
booboo
February 17th, 2015 - 9:23amthey seem to down for the end of May which is earlier than i thought
not sure how Funko are on delivery Schedules to be honest
Anonymous
February 17th, 2015 - 9:57amIf they work the same way as Titans…don’t expect to see these in the UK in 2015 😉
Oliver Crabtree
February 17th, 2015 - 10:25amThats good to hear, thanks BooBoo
Anonymous
February 17th, 2015 - 12:42amOk…Ok….I give in, these look too cool to ignore.. but I’m only going to collect the TARDIS and one variation of each Doctor they release.
I like how, besides the SJA sticker, the TARDIS is a caricature representation so could actually be used alongside any Doctor (providing 2-10 stand in front of the sticker).u
The Dalek and Adipose just look like the Titans figures so cant see the point in them.
The Cyberman and Angel look good but I am going to refrain from getting them.
Anonymous
February 17th, 2015 - 4:10pmTook me ages to figure out what you nmeant by `SJA sticker.` In my mind those letters stand only for Sarah Jane Adventures.
Jevon Robinson
February 16th, 2015 - 10:03pmCan anyone confirm if both doors on the TARDIS open?
Anonymous
February 19th, 2015 - 1:36amI hope so as it would just seem stupid for them not to.
A question I’m more concerned about, is There a console room backdrop in side the TARDIS?
Anonymous
February 19th, 2015 - 11:27amfor a one piece mould i don’t even expect the one door shown open to actually close. will have to wait and see on that or if it has an interior shot background?
Taro
February 16th, 2015 - 7:23pmI would’ve preferred it if the Tardis was 11/12’s, but it would be an easy custom
Taro
February 16th, 2015 - 7:25pmOh I see the St. John’s Ambulance on the door, but the rest of the tardis looks like 9/10’s
DM
February 16th, 2015 - 9:43pmActually, because of the St. John’s Ambulance sign on the door, it IS 11/12’s TARDIS. I would’ve preferred 9/10’s TARDIS instead since the 9th and 10th Doctor are my most favorites. In fact, I wish they made two TARDIS’; 9/10’s TARDIS and the other 11/12’s TARDIS and people decide which they want to buy.
Taro
February 18th, 2015 - 5:37amyeah, it seems like a mixture of the two. though you could just put 10 in front of the sticker and it would like like his TARDIS.
Oliver Crabtree
February 16th, 2015 - 6:27pmI think I will wait for a link to preorder here in the UK, just for easiness
booboo
February 16th, 2015 - 6:52pmyes lost of places will have them eventually
The Werewolf
February 16th, 2015 - 6:00pmIt’s bad enough with Game of Thrones ending up with this instead of real figures at first, and now Doctor Who gets stuck with these awful things (in my opinion) too? Urgh.
Certainly not my thing, but I’m pretty sure lots of others will like them.
booboo
February 16th, 2015 - 6:51pmyes they will
Oliver Crabtree
February 16th, 2015 - 6:00pmAny possibility for a UK GBP (£) link any time soon?
Raggedy
February 16th, 2015 - 6:20pmIf you look online, the price for them in the UK should be around £6.50, as they are $9.99 on entertainment earth
But hey, who knows
booboo
February 16th, 2015 - 6:48pmbet they will be £9.99 here, import costs and VAT, USA items are always much more expensive.
booboo
February 16th, 2015 - 6:50pmdont think it will be long, will update as soon as i see any
Raggedy
February 16th, 2015 - 7:18pmYeh, but I wanted to apply math to it, and see what price it should be
NABlaze
February 16th, 2015 - 7:51pmForbidden Planet international has them up for preorder now 🙂

February 16th, 2015 - 8:25pmIf you pre-order all 9 it’s just shy of £82 for the lot from FP
Anonymous
February 18th, 2015 - 12:49pmActually it’s £90.91p.
Nobody in particular
February 16th, 2015 - 5:55pmThey’re quite nice. Not so keen on the Adipose though, it’s a bit basic and not exactly a very iconic character. Would’ve been nicer to see a Clara figure so we can display her with the 11th or 12th Doctor along with the TARDIS
Anonymous
February 16th, 2015 - 9:59pmyeah, look’s like it has been punched in the eyes a couple of times?
MrHaloWho
February 16th, 2015 - 11:14pmThey’re making CEWT figures, so they get the cutest character in the show.
Nobody in particular
February 17th, 2015 - 9:49amI’d hardly describe the Weeping Angels as cute… all the other characters are iconic to the show but the Adipose are just a bit obscure. It’s as if they’ve never watched Doctor Who and just Googled ‘Doctor Who monster’ to see what would be easiest to make.
melina
March 14th, 2015 - 8:44pmThat’s true, but the Adipose really suit the stylised Funko design
The TARDIS 12600
February 16th, 2015 - 5:48pmWill the TARDIS door close?
booboo
February 16th, 2015 - 6:50pmits shown closed on the box so assume so

February 16th, 2015 - 10:22pmIf I’m not mistaken, I can see hinges on the door.
The TARDIS 12600
February 17th, 2015 - 2:51amOkay thank you 😀 😀 😀 I’m a huge fan of the TARDIS
