The Thirteen Doctor’s final battles to be celebrated with special home entertainment releases
Jodie Whittaker’s final three episodes as The Doctor will be available for fans to add to their collections this November.
Fans have two options to commemorate the Thirteenth Doctor’s final battles. A standalone release of the regeneration episode, The Power of the Doctor will be available on DVD and Blu-ray, or alternatively a limited-edition Blu-ray Steelbook made up of the three Series 13 specials, Eve of the Daleks, Legend of the Sea Devils and The Power of the Doctor.
The Power of the Doctor (DVD & Blu-ray) sees the Thirteenth Doctor take on her deadliest enemies in her final battle.
The DVD and Blu-ray includes bonus materials:
- The Power of the Doctor – Behind the Scenes
- A farewell to Jodie Whittaker and Mandip Gill
- Audio commentary
Doctor Who The Series 13 Specials (Blu-ray Steelbook) consists of the three specials that have aired on TV in 2022. The Steelbook includes bespoke never seen before artwork of the Thirteenth Doctor’s final adventures.
Bonus Material includes:
- The Dalek Execution
- The Sea Devils Return
- Becoming Pirates
- The Power of the Doctor – Behind the Scenes
- A farewell to Jodie Whittaker and Mandip Gill
- Audio commentaries of all three episodes
Both releases will be available for fans to buy from 14th November.

October 16th, 2022 - 8:45pmI see the release date is 7th November but Amazon has a delivery date of the 12th. I need this before the 10th, so who is the best to pre-order it from to get it by that date, or should I just run down to my local supermarket and grab a copy on the release date?

October 17th, 2022 - 10:37amAmazon sent a book that it said was coming today (17th) but actually arrived on Saturday 15th. None of my local supermarkets sell DVDs now which is annoying. I’ve ordered with hmv but really it’s down to royal mail strikes when it arrives

October 11th, 2022 - 4:25pmSorry really do not like this cover at all. Whatever the image is inbetween the Dalek and the Doctor is far too much like “Alpha Centuari”.
(No insult to the real Alpha Centuari intended as he/she is quite nice and can’t help the way he/she looks).

September 19th, 2022 - 8:46pmI’ve never understood why people hanker after boxsets of random episodes. It makes so much more sense to have a Flux boxset and individual releases rather than “Flux+a few episodes around it”
