£9.49? Honestly if I payed that much for the set I’d be worried that the police would track me down, because at that price, this is a STEAL!

I think they should have made most of the parts out of plastic rather than cardboard to:
    A) improve the quality of playset
    B) so that the figures can acutally stand on the walkway.
    C) to get your values worth

Threw my Clara out cause just looking at how bad it was drove me mad, so flimsy her arms broke and she spilt in half, paint bleeds everywhere and loose knee joints. Worst figure ever!

Got mine yesterday. It’s cheaper than buying 3 normal figures. Don’t particularly want the cardboard scenery, just the figures and the hoverboard (not that Daleks actually need a hoverboard of course).

I feel that this set could have benefited from the fact that these playsets can clip together, maybe with a section of the Aristotle and the tube that slides between it and an area representing the inside of rusty. That said it was good that they added some dimension to the set with the elevated areas.

I do, however, find the constant explosion in the background quite irritating

This set is really good, I got it on special offer for £25 which was nice.

    Setpiece:
Detailed, nice addition to the set but a bit bendy in places and easily damadged.

    Hoverthingy:
FIne, does it’s purpose, not much to say on it. Okay detail, fits any 3.3/4 inch dalek.

    Doctor:
Okay face detailing, easily recognisable as the Doctor. Nice costume design, quite robust but lacking coat red lining and the sonic scredriver is floppy.

    Clara:
Face detailing is a bit off, you can sort of recognise her from the side. Good costume, nice detail. Arms are a bit flimsy and there is a massive cut across her neck so her head can move, but her head doesn’t move anyway because of ther hair.

    Daleks:
Nice detail, to be honest, not much can go wrong with a dalek. Plunger on one is a bit loose.

    Rusty:
Excellent detail, especially for the size. Really nice effects, but the wires do limit head rotation. Electronic moving is cool, very menacing if you have the dalek slowy move towards the doctor, but it very picky about surfaces and doesn’t actually work on the playset floor.

8/10 (considering the small size, very nice) I reccomend if you can get this at £25 it is really worth it.

Repaint it so it has the velvet jacket from FTR, and give it red lining 🙂

Fantastic price – plus for the next couple of days if you buy 2 you get the 3rd for free on all argos toys. I’ve bought 6 which 2 were free – kept 2 for me and my daughter – split down the other 4 packs and selling on ebay (not at silly pricing like horrid people do) – made my money back – which means me and my daughter got ours for nothing . Fantastic (as the 9th Doctor would say)

I know what the photos show, but is Clara 100% in the costume from time of the doctor??? Im resistant to the 3.75 inch figures, but the set is just far too cool to pass by! And i really do like this variant of Clara. Can someone please let me know if it is definitely time of the doctor clara costume?
