July 18th, 2015 - 9:34amNow there’s been a huge price drop, I am really tempted! £25 for 4 standard figures, 1 electronic figure, a big-ish accessory and a large time zone = bargain! I just kinda feel sorry for those who spent £50 on it, or even worst £70 if they got it of eBay!

July 3rd, 2015 - 1:08amafter 4 days playing with this set and my friends 7 year old boy I must say this set is the best designed set yet. We have had so much fun it was well worth £50. sorry if I was too critical of clara but was so excited after waiting so long for her release. Please dont get disheartened by our vocal comments its because we love them so much. it is great having an up to date clara but a bit strange the next release of her will be an earlier version. I would love an orient express Clara. Thanks for all the amazing pictures and I hope we get more of these amazing toys sooner rather than later

July 2nd, 2015 - 2:27pmThe Twelfth Doctor has a hole at the bottom of it, but Clara doesn’t. I assume this is to do with the stands now being phased out. Clara is a new figure, but the Twelfth Doctor is a re-release from when the bases came with figures.

I haven’t got any of the other sets to hand, but they appear to be the same size. Unfortunately, now there are five Time Zone sets, one of the sets has to be put to one side as only four can connect around the TARDIS at a time!

June 29th, 2015 - 4:58pmI love my set, but I think the highlight is Rusty. The detail is amazing for such a small scale and I cannot fault the weathering effect whatsoever. Sure, the gunstick is a bit too big, but I have seen concept art of Rusty and, IIRC, he was originally designed to have a longer gunstick, reminiscent of what the Paradigm Daleks have, so it could well be that Character only had access to that art at the time of designing the figure, much like their original Ice Warrior creature figurine.
The set is much more sturdier than the previous Time Zone sets and I love the different tiers to it.

June 29th, 2015 - 12:56pmyippee.. it arrived 5 seconds after i got tracking number texted. Rusty does look amazing much better than i expected. He looks very rusty indeed much more than the asylum dalek. The black dalek has a very slightly different type of cloudy clear plastic for its ear lights and the skirt balls are also slightly duller. the hoverbout is lovely too with light blue balls on red background underneath. the ordinary dalek also has a slight different tone to its colouring. the doctor is exactly the same actually its painted a bit better than my original. Clara ? this one i have a little problem with. There is a big gap in her neck, her hair isn’t painted properly its light brown at the front and dark brown at the back with light patches also she has a cm long splash of silver paint on her skirt and a tiny brown splash on her leg and her knees are wobbly. as usual i will just have to get my scalpel out and try to take off splashes and maybe repaint her hair if i can find the right colour. Apart from clara this set is amazing. i can’t put it together yet I gotta wait for the kids to arrive. but I really love this set

June 29th, 2015 - 3:41pmwhoops so it is a zip looks like a splash tho not like the pic on box. she also has a brown splash on leg and silver spots on backside. my mates kid opened Clara and she broke in half at waste. she goes back together but very loose.

June 28th, 2015 - 1:54pmArgos are awful for things like this. Its because they deliver using Yodel, and they are an absolutely awful courier company. I used to work for Argos so had to tidy up after a lot of the mess that the Argos Direct team left with wrong items and missing parcels.

June 28th, 2015 - 7:33pmcheers, yodel are not good at all having to wait all day twice but i believe whoever packed my order is the one who has made the mistake. im looking forward to it arriving tomorrow praying they have packed the right product this time. i always seem to get the damaged ones this was new. thank booboo for the great pics its been nice to look at them.

June 27th, 2015 - 1:46pmI think that the reason behind the Exterminator Gun being massive is because in some Pictures of Rusty from Into The Dalek you can kind of see that his Manipulator Arm isn’t fully extended and is the same length as his Exterminator Gun so thats what I think Character were going for or because they couldn’t fit the metal ring around the standard sized Gun so they had to make it bigger so it could fit and look accurate.
