Doctor Who 2012 – Rory Williams Action Figure
Amy Pond’s fiancée who, on his stag night found himself whisked away in the TARDIS. After defeating the Saturnynes and the Dream Lord, Rory was killed saving the Doctor’s life during a battle with the Silurians.
However, his body was absorbed by the time energies leaking across time and space – resulting in him never having existed. However, his essence was placed into an Auton replica of himself in Roman times and after briefly reuniting with Amy, he accidentally killed her.
To restore her, the Doctor placed her in the Pandorica and for two thousand years Rory stood guard over her, the legendary Lone Centurion. When time was finally rebooted, Rory became human again, married Amy and once again joined her and the Doctor in the TARDIS.

Like 1 month we get Rory, a few weeks later we get another figure and so on. We would probably get more ‘new sculpted’ figures that way rather than constant tweaks. And there would be no ‘rare’ figure that people miss out on due to it being so lowly produced.

August 21st, 2012 - 12:40pmNow you mention it that way, it sounds better, but sometimes you have to love waves right? Like the new sound daleks, i think they are great and that we get some more, maybe like this released one at a time to avoid rarity.

I know what you mean about the problem figure-waves have. All my Series 6 standard Doctor figures (that’s, without hat, without a beard, not a ganger and not in a prison jacket) ALL had to be bought from the internet because they were always sold out or not available. ❗

I’m sure Arthur Darvill is dead pleased.
I remember when I met Elisabeth Sladen, she was with her co-stars Daniel Anthony and Thomas Knight from the Sarah Jane Adventures, and Thomas said he was quite annoyed that since the release of Sarah Jane Adventures merchandise, there was no figures of him as Luke Smith, and no figures of Maria, Clyde and Rani [oh, and Mr Smith I guess, except K-9 who you can get from the Doctor Who range of figures],
