The new figures will be available at all the usual outlets from early March although some retailers are getting stocks now. At just £6.99 they are a snip!

Re-enact scenes from The Time of the Doctor using the Twelfth Doctor Regenerated figure or create your own adventures across space and time.
Battle against some famous foes like the supreme beings that are the Daleks, the terrifying Weeping Angels or the Zygon which are all included in this exciting collection of Doctor Who 3.75-inch scale action figures.
Each character has its own Doctor Who display base (Dalek action figures do not include display base). 7 to collect.

February 7th, 2014 - 5:59pmThey look great! But Arggghh, I am losing my patience! When they will reveal the new 5 inch classic sets?! I really want to know which story will be released in action figure. I believe it is likely 1st, 2nd, 5th, 6th, 7th because they released most of 3rd and 4th classic sets. This is just an opinion I made. Please feel free to share what you think.

February 7th, 2014 - 11:13pmI hope the 3rd Doctor comes with a Bessie Car, Highly unlikely, but you never know! It’s been long overdue in my opinion, although, I don’t recall CO making cars for 5″ figures, so I doubt it’ll ever happen.

February 8th, 2014 - 1:00pmI’m sure they don’t , but if they were, this will, more than likely, not be produced. I think another great CO Idea would be a Doctor in Regeneration. This’ll be better for the 2005 doctors onwards, but it could still work with the Fourth Doctor’s transition. The 2005+ Doctors could have an accessory where you can clip on the red/orange-y to the head, hands etc… I think it’ll sell!

February 7th, 2014 - 4:57pmFor some reason, I just get a very promising feeling for this new line of figures now that they have included the ‘heritage’ section to it. It means they can produce what figure they want (within legal limits) from the past 50 years and there will be no arguments as to “shouldn’t the 10th Dr be new series” etc etc.

Inferior they may be but at the end of the day its a separate add on collection. Its still a shame character couldn,t update a companion or doctor in 5 inch form for fans who have been collecting these since 2005.

A lot of people have given them the thumbs down and get the negative response. New collectors and young kids might like them. Something to look forward to when theres nothing else out there.

February 7th, 2014 - 7:15amThis wave looks great, souldn’t the 12th Dr’s waistcoat be the dark waistcoat though? The zygon looks like it will have some standing issues (in box) and a same about the 11th’s face but apart from that, it looks fantstic.

I already know… Bummer! I hope they get a pass in Wave 3, or indeed, create a 3.75” Day of the Doctor / Time of the Doctor set

Chase figures are meant to get people into shops rather than ordering on line….but that won’t work if you have to travel into town on the hope that your store has an ultra rare figure and they haven’t already sold it. So ironically it has the reverse effect of people going online and being forced to pay silly prices (non of which goes to Character) only for Character to make some of them (in this case, Clara) available as a standard figure in the next wave.
An utter shambles of a marketing idea.-the only winners are the eBay sellers

wave 2 figure is bright red and has a different design
on it
