Our first comparison image of the 11th Doctor set, The 11th Doctor is identical so we haven’t included him here.

The latest figures are on the right.

Amy Pond has a white base coat instead of pink, Her dress is more purpley blue than the darkish black on the original release. The jacket also looked lighter on the new figure in our box.

Clara (Oswin) is identical except for the removal of the belt.

Our second comparison picture of the original and revised 12th Doctor set. Both the 12th Doctor and Missy are identical with Bill being the only variant in this set.

The outer images show the variant figure.

The bow in Bill’s hair has been changed to red, the boots to black and a black stripe has been added to the trouser legs.

Our third comparison picture of the original and revised 1970’s set. The Auton is identical so not shown here.

The revised figures are on the right.

The 4th Doctor has white cuffs, trousers instead of just painted boots and a brown undercoat instead of blue.

The Brigadier has a more “sand” colour garments and better face and insignia detail.

It’s probably a case of all the collectors have had their pick, now the sets will start to trickle out gradually as the impulse buyers come across them

Tons in B&M Bognor. Atleast 15 TARDIS Sets, and atleast 6 of each 3 pack

Crawley has atleast 10 of each pack last Friday.

B&M has finally gotten the message that they need to stock these more!

eBay is flooded with these at the moment, they’re down to about £30 – £35 buy it now. B&M ordering more this time round will help to keep the price lower too as more people actually manage to find them.

just seen one for £28 including post they will be making no money at that, those who sold multiples need to be careful and make sure they are registered as business sellers, the inland revenue might come knocking as well if they have sold alot.

      March 7th, 2019 - 11:59am

Not really how Ebay works. You only need to be a buisness seller if setting up a legit shop. Selling multiple of one item when you don’t sell a huge amount anyway is fine

    • booboo

      March 7th, 2019 - 12:04pm

      Oh yet it is

If you buy or make anything to sell on at a profit you are a business seller end of. Ebay shop doesn’t come into it If you are a tax payer you also need to pay tax on your profits.

      Quote:

When should I register as a business?

If you sell items that you have bought to resell, if you make items yourself and sell them, if you are a Trading Assistant, or if you buy items for your business, then you should register as a business seller.

Yes the odd item will get overlooked but there are several people selling /sold large multiples that may get noticed.

HMRC are really cracking down and have software picking up such sellers

Its also because you are buying a brand new item but not getting your consumer rights as if you bought it from a shop.

Anyone near or doesn’t mind driving to get a TARDIS set. B&M Cambridge have got an entire shelf full and several of the 3 figure sets. Honestly they probably have 15-20ish TARDISes as they have them filling the shelves and then on top of each other

Hi, Unfortunately where I live in Glasgow, my local B&M Store in East Kilbride had the revised tweaked 1970s collector set but I decided to pass on them. Though I was going to pass on the 4th dr tardis set, until I noticed that it comes with a painted background (diorama is that the right word ?) Nice touch! the picture reference to my fav all time Dr Who Story Talons of Weng Chiang ? and the photo of the 3rd doctor with Jo Grant with the Unit Laboratory Bckground . My earliest memory of Dr Who was final episode of Planet of the Spiders back in 1974? Can anyone correct me but was there not a proposed 2nd doctor diorama 3.75 inch scale with Tomb of the Cyberman ?A nd the 4th doctor with sontaran against a painted background from Invasion of Time, my 2nd fav Baker story? Both were proposed then got cancelled ? Am I right or wrong ?

Apologies meant to explain the use of unfortunately as the B&M Store in East Kilbride did not stock any of the 4th dr tardis sets either ? Apologies to everyone I forgot to add that in my last comment .I am blown away by the painted diorama background hence I’d like the 4th dr who set to add to my collection.I forgot my train of thought.

There are currently no Tardis sets in Reedswood, Willenhall, Bentley Bridge or Brownhills for those living in the West Midlands. I have unfortunately had to resort to eBay as I don’t want to wait too long and not get one at all.

No TARDIS set in Catford yet. “Should be arriving soon” but they don’t know when.

When I called to say I wanted to check if they had a product in stock, before I said what it was she asked for a code. I explained that I was after something not on their website that I’d seen on a fan website and she said “Oh, the TARDIS stuff, you mean?”

Guess I was by no means the first, then..

Glad you got your set – I tried to drive into b’ham today but what with roadworks everywhere and generally awful traffic I couldnt manage it in the time I had. I called at 2 other b’ham stores – the Hay Mills branch and the St Andrews retail park one and they both had loads of the 3 packs but no Tardis sets. I’ve tried two other b&m braches last week (both larger style and one with a garden centre) and they had no tardis sets either. it seems the only shop in the b’ham area with any is in the city centre – I can’t understand the logic in this at all….
