July 9th, 2013 - 9:39amCorrect me if I’m wrong, but I’m sure Terror Of The Zygons is the last 4th Doctor story to be out on DVD. So maybe they’re just trying to hype that up, and of course the fact that the Zygons are featured in the 50th Special

I still think this is some big set in very special packaging and not just DVD’s

If this is just a big 4th doctor boxset, then I’m happy with that, not necessarily the price, but it makes me wonder ‘Will they do all doctors or just tom’ Really they can’t do troughton’s nor hartnell’s because they don’t have all of their stories, so probably not. Oh well 🙂

July 8th, 2013 - 7:08pmI’m actually quite exited for whatever it is, obviously it would have been good if it was part of the 50th but merchandise is just as good, if not better. I can understand some peoples disappointment though; if it is what we suspect (complete fourth doctor collection, with a few other bit’s) then most people will own most if not all of the 4th doctors DVD and they will have to pay all that money just to get the other things that come with it. But I for one am exited and looking forward to buying whatever it is as I only own 7 4th doctor episode

July 8th, 2013 - 7:15pmI own all 4th doctor stories par terror of the zygons, which i will be getting. If this is the complete 4th with other collectors bits, I am DEFINITELY getting it. Tom is my favourite doctor, and if it’s presented nicely, and within £100 price, then yeah, I’d get it 😀

July 8th, 2013 - 7:52pmI’ve seen quite a few people who thought this was something to do with the show and not merchandise. This could have been dealt with at the time by checking who had released the video, because BBC Worldwide would not be releasing details about the show.

I have almost given up on certain aspects of merchandise and if i’m honest it makes my interest wane
Just last week we sent of 4 emails either as a news site or as customers to certain ” BBC Doctor Who license holders” for information on various products and not one has even had the courtesy to reply. this happens all the time.

I have every Classic Dr Who DVD, and a full 4th Doctor box set does not interest me in the slightest fancy box or not.

And what do u guys think about the 90 missing episode found rumors.

July 8th, 2013 - 10:18amOf course the rumour is still floating around. The BBC never outright denied it so it raised some suspicions that the 90 rumour was wrong, but something had indeed been recovered and the fan base has accidently stumbled upon the revelation by pure coincidence.

July 8th, 2013 - 1:39pmI heard that trailer thing too. I don’t understand why the trailer for enemy of the world would be on terror of the zygons because the next release is the moonbase. Unless it’s like a little ‘Hey look at what we’ve found’ sort of thing. If it is on there, it will most likely be an easter egg. I hope it’s true, but I’m not hoping TOO hard 🙂

July 8th, 2013 - 4:31pmThe company involved outright denied the 90 rumour. The BBC however were being a bit funny and wouldn’t outright deny anything. This is where the problem has come from, so many people seem to think the BBC have found something, but it won’t be the 90 episodes as rumoured.
However, this is pure speculation, although I’ve got to admit, the BBC were a bit funny about it.

July 8th, 2013 - 10:01pmI normally and quite pessimistic about all these rumours and even more so when I heard about 90 I laughed but at this recent convention apparently a member of the audience asked a question about missing episodes to the pannel and was cut off and the mic was passed to another audience member. Something fishy going on

July 7th, 2013 - 10:48pmThis is so cool, if it were what booboo said ‘Full set in a console shaped box with some accessories i reckon’ I think it should come with that, plus 5 figures (LE 4th Doctor 5″, Romana II, Sarah Jane, Romana I, Harry w. K9) the Doctor’s sonic, and a few other things! That would be brilliant!

July 7th, 2013 - 10:45pmI agree with all who say that this will possibly be a Fourth Doctor box set. I imagine Complete Doctor box sets may be a future release option anyway when we finally run out of complete new stories to release by the end of this year.

It’s the complete 4th Doctor collection (every story), with a set of companion art cards (as seen in the 1st vid), and a 4th Doctor Sonic Screwdriver. The box(rectangle in shape so could be a Tardis design) containing 41 slim amaray cases (7 slims is equal to 3 standard dvd amaray so the box itself wouldn’t be that long). Probably limited edition so might include an signed certificate or autographed picture of Tom.

July 7th, 2013 - 8:48pmWell, my guess is a doctor who full DVD 4th doctor collection where they have every 4th doctor DVD available, set out in this layout in the kind of Gallifreyan way. I think this because the size of the DVD cover, it is quite small compared to other DVD’s. With this size of DVD covering they could easily put it all into (a slightly big around 15cm possibly) box-set. I imagion the price around £100 probably (that is if my idea is correct)

This seems cool too, but that would be a lot of Dvds, I know hes the most popular doctor, but Pertwee would be a better release i think.

The DVD, however, is obviously part of it, so maybe there’ll be another video explaining more later (like a DVD signing or a special pack of DVDs or a set of Zygon, 4th Doctor and maybe a new Sarah, Harry or Brig figures with a DVD…)
