Stocks Arrive – B&M 2019 Sets Product Codes, Prices and Information
Stocks have now arrived in many stores
B&M have now added the sets to their website at www.bmstores.co.uk
We have closed comments on all other B&M posts so they can be concentrated here.
Its that time again and this year there is probably more interest in these sets than ever before because of the inclusion of 2 brand new head sculpts, previously elusive figures, the 5th Doctors Tardis and a new line of Big Finish Doctor and Dalek sets.
Make no mistake this is a fine assortment of products considering the price points.
There should however be plenty of stock and the inevitable popularity of these sets over previous years appears to have been allowed for this time around.
The Tardis Sets have the same code as all the previous sets therefore the system cannot distinguish between them. If you require a specific set then it will need to be visually confirmed.
The 3 Figure Sets all have new and individual product codes making stock inquiries much easier.
The Big finish Doctor Dalek Sets all have one code. If you require a specific set then it will need to be visually confirmed.
The Sonic Screwdrivers all have one code and are in the new Blue/Silver style guide.
For the most part people in the past have been extremely helpful in posting where sets have been found however we strongly recommend you check availability yourself before traveling.

August 26th, 2019 - 8:54amWasn’t having much luck with my local stores in the East Midlands, but low and behold my local in Chesterfield has had all of the wave in. And I’ve managed to pick up a complete set (Thank Flavia!). Got me Tardi (Correct Plural?) on Saturday morning, followed by the BF and Silver Nemesis ones that afternoon and just popped in this morning and picked up the Sontaran and Two Doctors ones (From what I understand- most stores still operate normal trading hours today but please ring beforehand to save disappointment of a closed door).
Please do not despair my lovelies, more stock is coming everywhere. From what I can understand most stores will get these sets (albeit in smaller quantities to begin with), Garden Centre Home Stores may have better luck with these as they house a larger warehouse and shop floor. I was surprised that my local got them at all after being informed by the Management there they weren’t getting any- but it’s not always the stores decision, and as most of us know who work in customer service, it’s not necessarily the staff’s fault (unless attitude is displayed of inappropriate nature which some of us have sadly witnessed it seems).
But prevail my chums, they will come in time- but please do not feed the bellies of the eBay scalpers- It sounds awful but, let them go hungry! Merry Bank Holiday to you, see my fellow Bank Holiday workers on the other side of this shift and good luck to you all in tracking down your desired sets.

So far i can see around 100 available or sold Daleks sets on ebay, that’s out of 18000 available units
if 200 stores have had their 1st box of 12 that’s only 3600 so far and even with 5% on ebay thats 95% going to collectors.
People are way overplaying the ebay situation

August 25th, 2019 - 9:56pmMade my yearly B&M check for Doctor Who in Poole today, before I end up buying them on ebay like I have to do every year. Poole had nothing but the previous 9th. Doctor Set’s in stock & a box of the new Sonic Screwdrivers that was untouched. Nothing else in stock as usual, but did ask the unhelpful Staff about new Products. So left empty-handed once again. Now off to scour ebay for some cheap sets?

Anyway, loads and loads of last years sets, including a whole shelf of 4 & TARDIS, no new sets at all, no space for them even if they did have them, ha! 🙂

August 25th, 2019 - 8:31pmOut of the two stores in Romford only the one opposite the hospital has the Doctor/Dalek sets and none of the others. The store in the market place only has the old ones and there is no more of the 4th Dr Regen/TARDIS sets so its possible they may get the new ones soon.

No sonic screwdrivers or Two Doctors sets.
Tons of last years stuff.
If anyone else goes here would love to have an update when they get War Doctor sonics.

By contrast there was only 1 Second Doctor set left (it was mixed in amongst the Silver Nemsis sets so I was lucky to get it). I Don’t know why they should sell out faster than the others?

August 25th, 2019 - 5:57pmI’m sure I’m not the only one to have had a frustrating weekend. Travelling from one B&M to another in 29 degrees heat, only to be faced with empty shelves and staff saying, ‘yeah we ‘ad em in, and they just flew off the shelves’. One store I visited I was told by a rather grumpy employee that they had them in the warehouse but she wasn’t going to put them out til’ monday, only to discover later that afternoon that they had indeed hit the shelves that lunchtime and been sold.
Then there is us, here, on the comments page. It was clear when the new figures were announced that the Dalek sets were going to prove to be the most popular, therefore giving those ebayers the heads up on what to grab first. Out of the three sets it’s been the Dalek sets that have gone first, particularly the Dark Eyes set.
So why not in future just list the new items here as usual with a rough date of when they’ll hit the stores but disable the comments. It might just give some of us a better chance of tracking the items down, and I know it won’t stop the ebayers but at least some of them won’t be very clear on what figures we want. Perhaps after a couple of weeks after their initial release enable the comments to see how we got on.
I still can’t see why CO don’t produce the items themselves, particularly those Dalek sets. I’m sure there are a lot of us out there that would rather pay postage than petrol…..

I think you underestimate how many fans and genuine collectors have cleared the shelves in many stores within a couple of hours without ebayers involved. We will carry on as we are thankyou.

August 26th, 2019 - 7:39amI agree with Salsa. Remember that they are selling the previous 4th Dr TARDIS for only ten pounds now because they have so many. I’ve religiously collected the figures for year now and even I’m not getting too panicked about buying these. And I’m definitely not driving all over the South of England on a bank holiday weekend to get them, spending loads of money on petrol. If I factor in the journey time and fuel costs, I’d be happy if I could pick them up for between £20-25 each on eBay.
