July 26th, 2020 - 7:46pmWent to B&M Connswater again and accidently asked the same guy from yesterday about the figures. He was not happy to see me.
He said that the app was wrong and it wasn’t always saying what was actually there, so either it’s in the back and no-one knows about it, or the app isn’t something we should trust. So most likely they haven’t checked.
I know that they don’t even check when the products are actually on the shelves as that’s how I almost missed the “Robot” 4th Doctor TARDIS.

July 26th, 2020 - 6:00pmI got all of the 3 packs yesterday at Newbury Park B&M and they had about 5 each of UNIT & 13th Dr companions sets left, I took the last remaining 4th Dr companions set, and there was no Dalek or TARDIS Sets. But I’ve heard from a friend that Barking had some stock delivered but I’m not gonna be able to check that store again until next weekend at the earliest.

July 26th, 2020 - 7:49pmI picked up the Tardis set from the one in the retail park near the city centre yesterday. They had five left, it was a full box but it was in the stock room so an assistant had to get it for me. They also had five packs of the fourth doctor compsnions also in the back.
Earlier on today I got the two dalek sets from holderness road, again in the stock room. Full case but I took 2 dead planet sets and one dalek invasion of earth set so in theory there should be looking four dead planet sets left and five dalek invasion of earth sets. No other sets in there according to the assistant.

July 26th, 2020 - 8:18pmI got every set from Kingston Retail Park… popped back in this morning to grab a Tardis as it was the last one i needed. Shelf was bare, asked the guy who runs the stock room and they have a full restock in the back waiting to go out. I got my tardis 🙂

All they had was a couple of Peladon TARDIS and the odd Dalek sets from March !

July 26th, 2020 - 5:44pmAs of today, neither store in Ashford had any new Dr who sets, one dalek and 8th Dr set left in one store from the previous wave.
Of the two stores in Canterbury, the first had none but the second one on the far side had lots of UNIT sets and Companions (romanas, Sarah Jane) when we left. They also had a few of the second wave of the dalek figures with 7th and war doctors. Haven’t seen any of the others yet in the South East and lots of the stores today didn’t even had a space for them on the shelves. Hoping that it might just be stock arriving later than others.

On their shelves were The Claws of Axos and Companions of the Fourth Doctor Sets.
When I finished looking round for a second time for any placed in different areas they only have left 3 sets of the Companions of the Fourth Doctor and some Sonic Screwdrivers. That was at 1400 this afternoon.
Will keep looking there and will let you known if there are any additions.

However I did find that the HOTD sets had been displayed further back in the store nearer to the clearance stock (there was a 2 Doctors set that had seen better days) so I almost missed them… Just a heads up to check every isle so you don’t miss out…

July 26th, 2020 - 1:19pmThey had one 4th companion, about 7 UNIT sets and 10, perhaps 12 13th companion sets in Castle Vale, Birmingham, plus one or two of, I think the Mutants Dalek set? No more TARDIS sets. All this as of about 11 today
I just want to send a huge thanks to the people who’d visited the store earlier and reported them being there, and left a single TARDIS… I really didn’t think I would be able to get this year’s sets, especially the TARDIS, thanks to your help, generosity and to BooBoo for this site and his reports, you’ve helped so many of us, and it is truly, truly appreciated!!

1) Yeading, which had loads of each 3-pack yesterday has nothing whatsoever left this morning, the shelves where they were yesterday have been stocked with other items (so no space devoted for restocks for, I assume, at least this week) and the staff (who are always brilliant at this store) checked the stockroom for me and the only toys left to go out were plush Baby Yodas.
2) Hayes/Pump Lane has 5 U.N.I.T. sets left and nothing else.
3) Yiewsley has 10 13th Companion 3-packs and nothing else.
Didn’t try Tolworth as never had success there, but there was no space for them yesterday, anyway..
No sign yet of Daleks or TARDIS sets in this area (which is a shame as I’d been begging for a 2nd Doctor TARDIS for a long, long time). Early days and a bit defeatest of me, but I’m not confident there’s any chance for me of at least the Dalek sets in this range as I’ve never known so many multiples sell so quickly in this line before. Plus it’s very difficult to excuse this kind of ridiculous shop-scouring during a pandemic when I’m technically a bit at risk and don’t often have access to a car. It’s the first time this addiction’s been a health hazard, which is something I’ll have to keep considering.
Still wishing everyone else luck, though!
Also, as always, though I don’t tend to say it to try not to embarrass Booboo: so grateful for all you do and the help you provide (including anybody you work with here). I don’t think Character’s PR company have a real handle on who ‘influences’ the audience for these products (though I understand who they wish the audience was from current strategy, obviously)- when I think, personally, this site should be the first port of call to make (beyond Al) to inform the majority of collectors for this line. It’s clear, informative, non-combative and this thread’s largely an example of a lovely community trying to help each other, which is no easy feat to manage, I’m sure.
Basically: You’re really appreciated.

July 26th, 2020 - 1:11pmAnyone in the Stockton / Middlesbrough area, Potrack b&m store have all the sets in. As I left there were about 5 of each of the HOTD sets, a dozen 2nd Doctor and Tardis sets and plenty of the 3 figure sets.
