The 13th Doctor Companion Set, 3rd and 4th Doctor Companion set and Zygon are now reduced to £12.99 in all stores.

The app is now working again but having checked all locations nothing has changed. Apart from a few Daleks no other sets seem to have found their way for the most part to Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Wales, East Anglia, Leicestershire, London, the South East and the South Below London.

The Felixstowe Road branch (opposite Sainsburys) STILL has no new stock (just as with the Anglia Retail Park branch), AND they’ve moved all the stock the do have (which is all the 3 packs and HOTD #1 & #2) to a different aisle (along with at least one Sylvester McCoy Big Finish set, at full price…), so that you can now EASILY see that.
My GOODNESS I hope that B&M reply to booboo’s request for information about what’s going on at the moment, because I can’t stand not knowing the reason behind this ENORMOUS distribution mistake (would I be right in assuming that there are MORE branches of B&M that are VOID of the new stock, than have gotten them?)

They all still had lots of the July wave on the shelves still at £19.99. They’d be crazy to put the new stuff out of the previous lot didn’t sell, so maybe that’s why?

October 9th, 2020 - 9:12amwe have to be careful, these are no doubt a profitable line for B&M but a drop in the ocean to their overall turnover, The costs of setting up special distribution depots and /or on online website and packing facilities all of which they dont have just to keep a few Doctor Who fans happy may just tip the balance as to their viability for them.

October 9th, 2020 - 10:11amI’m sorry if this sounds harsh but B&M are not overwhelmed. Far more pink Christmas Penguins (and far more people complaining about distribution) sell than our figures. Its a product which comes in and goes out and some places don’t get it, just as they will only get silver Penguins. Its tough for us and seems a little harsh but its a fact. Its a fine line as booboo says whether we get any at all in their budget. I’m just lucky my local B&Ms which are convenient to get to have had all recently (with the exception of the black base TARDIS). They do sell other toys and other collector lines (lots of Marvel etc.) who seem to have the same issues!!

I’m on disability benefits, cannot get around stores and have been to my nearest store 4 times in the last 6 days and I can’t keep doing it. I have asked, a few times, politely I think, but am getting no response from anyone here. I just don’t want to keep hobbling into town on my crutches for no reason if I’m going to have to pull the trigger on buying at least a couple of sets on eBay. Info from ANYONE would be of help.

I’ve rang my local B&M store just now and, I’m sorry to say that the B&M stores in the listed areas are not expecting the new sets and are not able to be placed in stock anytime soon. The Dalek sets (which were the ones I reserved) has been allocated to a different store not in the areas listed above. There isn’t a date and time avaliable if they do arrive, as mentioned before, they can arrive anytime. This is a real, real shame for whovians including me living in those areas as they missed out on the chance on collecting before they arrived on shelves yet. I do apologise for the inconvienience.

We don’t know what happens in their distribution centres and the sad thing is that they don’t have an order online system in place for people who find it difficult to go to B&M stores.
