Stocks Arrive – B&M 2021 September Sets Information on Product Codes / Barcodes

Stocks have now arrived and are starting to appear in stores.

We have closed comments on all other B&M posts so they can be concentrated here.

At the time of writing option 3 on published store telephone numbers that allowed you to speak to a member of staff has been removed. You could try the main customer service number, 0330 838 9000 and ask to be put through to your local store or try and find out its direct number.

Shown below are the product codes and bar codes. The app is not allowing you check locations at this time.

We strongly advise you make whatever checks you can yourself to check store availability before traveling.

To find your nearest store visit www.bmstores.co.uk or use the map below. Please contact www.bmstores.co.uk if you require more information.

The B&M Map:

This map is a guide only and shouldn’t be used as a definite indication that a particular store has stock

The map shows most stores, if you see any missing please leave a comment. As the app will not allow you to check stock locations at the moment we may use this map to show the distribution pattern and possible stock locations.

If you see stock and take a picture you can send it to [email protected] and we can add it to the map or you can link to an image you are hosting yourself.

This map has layers, if you click on the icon in the blue header at the top left of the map in the you can select which layers you want to see.

A Dalek will be placed to the right of the store concerned but you will need to zoom in to separate the 2 or click off the store location layer.

Please note as the situation on the shop floor is so fluid we will no longer list stock on the map. As far as we can tell the initial delivery for stores that have had stock was for 12 of each figure set and 6 of each Dalek. As you might expect most stores are selling out of Daleks at a faster rate than the sets. Some stores listed have already sold out of all stock

Popped into South Shields earlier today there and managed to get one each of the three packs. They had about 8 each of the sensorites and marinus sets and about 5 of the “power” sets. There wasn’t any “day” sets in stock either.

Definitely no toys in Cheltenham, I popped in to pick up some shopping and it’s still going through the refit.

The toys are virtually nonexistent, none are being replenished. I can’t even see the store being ready until mid October at the latest.

Popped into the Boston Home & Garden store and managed to buy the HOTD #7 set and one of each of the 3 packs. Only 1 HOTD #7 left but at least 5 or 6 of the Sensorite & Marinus sets were there. The lady at the till said that they had had the blue & silver ones in too but another guy had purchased some earlier in the week. She said they may have more stock in later. I might have to try Skegness or Spalding to get the HOTD #5 set. PS. The town store is now closed and didn’t stock any Doctor Who products for the last couple of years.

Assuming the rumours about the next wave are true, what’s everybody hoping for from the next sets?

For me, the Five Doctors set would be the Hurndall 1st doctor, the Raston Warrior Robot and possibly the Master (at a push).

The Earthshock set would be Adric with a cyberman and Cyberleader.

The 4th doctor and k1 robot would see the original sculpted 4th doctor with updated paint work (especially on the trousers to give the tweed look) and a new smiling, unhatted head sculpt (possibly with interchangeable miserable hatted head).

The 1st doctor and Tardis would be a straight rerelease of the unearthly child set.

I’d like to see a companions of the 4th/5th Doctor set with Adric Nyssa and Tegan, we know they can do it. I wouldn’t say no to more Earthshock Cybermen though.

I’m hoping for another TARDIS set as well with the new lamp, preferably a Pertwee one with that lamp (Annoying that they released two or three from that era with the wrong one).

OK, I’ve done the Derbyshire run this morning. The following stores have stock:

Spondon: about 8 Sensorites & 8 Voord sets, about 5 “Power” Dalek sets. No “Day” Dalek sets.

Ascot Drive, Allenton: About the same as Spondon. Again, no “Day” Daleks.

    Ilkeston: Nothing whatsoever.

Meteor Centre: Perhaps 5 or 6 Sensorites and Voord kits (I mean only 6 in total, not 6 of each), and a couple of “Power” Daleks.

It may be that only the “Power” set has been delivered to all these stores, and the shelves didn’t have obvious empty spaces where stock has been bought. On the other hand I would expect the “Day” set to be more popular, if only for the fact that you get two different colours of Dalek.
