Big Finish 8th Doctor 4.06 Relative Dimension

cd-bfrelativedimentionBig Finish 4.06 Relative Dimension

Christmas is a time for family, they say – which is why the Doctor has invited his grand-daughter Susan, and great-grandson Alex for Christmas dinner in his time and space machine. But who, or what, is the spectre at their yuletide feast?

Venturing deep into the dark heart of the TARDIS, Susan uncovers her past, Alex is told his future – and the Doctor finds himself caught in a deadly dangerous present!

Paul McGann (The Doctor), Carole Ann Ford (Susan Campbell), Jake McGann (Alex Campbell)

-still need to MAKE A START on the BF audio adventures-dramas. Starting with the Seventh Doctor as he (apparently) DIES in the story The Death Collectors, and then we have our beloved number 8 with a story arc involving with the Metabillis Spiders The Eight Truths and WORLDWIDEWEB, and in the chronological next story is the christmas visit Death In Blackpool. Thats a shame, Blackpool an important place. – DR Who exhibts there, and the great Fair-ground the Sixth Doctor once went to.
Oh and ofcourse, the best is aved for last, the 6th Doctor!

-WHat the heck is THAT?? Ah well, I discovered about the very recent story “An Earthly Child” which is like, fresh out on the shelves (er, I mean online-stock levels, youd hardly find any Dr Who CDs in stores like, surely not in the likes of Tesco or Easons or even the store across the ROAD !) And it seems like a definite investment for me.

Great, another for the Big-Finish Dr Who list of “to buy” along withe the Axis of Insanity and Terror Firma and Red-Dawn and Assassin in the Limelight (Linkin is in this I think) not to mention I…

So this is basically a sequel to An Earthly Child. Anyway, what a brilliant, exciting and Christmassy cover!

Not sure about this story. I was never really happy that the
Doctor keeps meeting susan in audios. personaly i think they should have
just left it at the dalek invasion of earth. However the story is
written by Marc Platt, who wrote one of the best audios ever
made – Spare Parts so i’m not sure
