Big finish 143 The Crimes of Thomas Brewster

cd-bfcrimesthomasBig finish 143 The Crimes of Thomas Brewster
Released 31 January 2011

Sent down south to assist the Metropolitan Police in their efforts to investigate the gangland kingpin known only as ‘the Doctor’, Detective-Inspector Patricia Menzies finds herself up to her neck in laser-armed robot mosquitoes, gun-running criminal overlords, vanishing Tube trains… and not one, but two Doctors.

Meanwhile the real Doctor, and his academic assistant Professor Evelyn Smythe, have become ensnared in the machinations of an old acquaintance – time-travelling Victorian guttersnipe Thomas Brewster. But what’s Brewster’s connection to the rapacious robot Terravores? And can anyone contain the gathering swarm?

Colin Baker (The Doctor), Maggie Stables (Evelyn Smythe), John Pickard (Thomas Brewster), Anna Hope (DI Menzies), David Troughton (Raymond Gallagher), Ashley Kumar (Jared), Lisa Greenwood (Philippa), Duncan Wisbey (Sergeant Bradshaw), Helen Goldwyn (Terravore Queen)

-nothing. It looks fabulous. As always, BF do a great job but I may have to get all three of these unmissable ADVENTURES WITH Colin Bakers Doctor and Evelyn Smith, is it?

Used to be, I was only going for the new one with the Axons, but Industrial evolution, the western one (was it called Fortune, Fortunes pride and hope or something?) sounds like a grand/very special audio story. Makes a way better Western Dr Who than the runaway train ever did. Ptewh!

BTW, these so called -Robot Wasps seem familiar, ❓
