Do you reckon they’ll make tom’s scarf from other seasons? I want the season 13 scarf, like the one in android invasion. My favourite story!

Is that the one the ABCShop was giving away if you bought 2 or more DW DVD’s? (I tried to buy one separately but they wouldn’t let me. Gah!)They were licenced, but not full size.

If you’re talking about a different scarf, I haven’t heard of that one before. 😯

The cost to make that would be expensive. Coloured wool isnt cheap. I could see it costing at least 40 quid worth of wool

It’s 12ft of knitting. That’s why the price should be a lot higher, this is machine knit.

WOW!!!! Looks amazing. And to be honest at a fantastic price! If you consider searching and purchasing all the wool, and then getting someone to knit the scarf then thats a good price. Looks like the right pattern as well and the right length.

I so want this scarf! I have one that I bought from amazon a few years ago, well it’s long and is multicoloured and sold as a DR Who scarf, but this looks to be an exact match to the original scarf, Only thing is the price, af £50, it’s quite an expensive purchase, and so I may miss out on a long desired item, as will many, I’m afraid……

Looks nice but has the reference for the pattern/colours been disclosed? Has it been colour matched to a real scarf? Is it the correct length etc? Seems to be the correct garter stitch so that’s a positive. Hope to see some more details soon…

This scarf was based on the original scarf, minus a grey stripe.
It’s quite a good pattern really, it wasnt compared to the original.
The colours are WAY off though. Here’s the rundown:
Grey: FAR too light! It’s meant to be a charcoal colour.
Purple: too light and too blue, it’s meant to be an Auvergne colour.
Red: too bright, it has to be closer to a burnt orange than strawberry.
Yellow: too light, it’s meant to be a dim gold
Brown: Too dark. WAY too dark! The darkest colour should be the purple.
      Green: should be muddier
      Tan: not bad.
      7/10

I really want one of these and would wear it loads (just ask my friends how much I love scarfs) but at 50 quid it’s definetly a no from me. I might just get my Grandma to knit one for me.
