There’s a newsagent beside my local Tesco called R S McColls, which usually has Alien Attax cards and sometimes Starter Packs. My other newsagent is technically across the road at my gas station. They usually have packs of cards but they’ve only had the starter pack once. I’m talking about the March release by the way.

October 15th, 2013 - 1:09amAs much as I like the cover of the album, I dont. I like the 1st Doctor in the corner but the GI, Cyberman and Dalek look out of place with that background. and it doesnt really reflect the full 50 years when they are only using series 7 (excluding s1 promo dalek) monsters. They could have at least used a tomb cyberman with 1963 dalek and 2013 GI with a more creative background.

In the last set I managed to collect about 210 cards. I had all Commons and nearly all Mirror Foils, but I was struggling with the Rainbow Foils. Hopefully this set will be much easier to complete! 😀

October 14th, 2013 - 7:43amHope so because the LE’s are usually easier to get than the rarest card even though they look loads better, managed to get them all last time and they are all amazing. I’m hoping that since we got 10 regenerating to 11 and 9 regenerating to 10 last time, this time we get 8 regenerating to 9 and 7 regenerating to 8.

October 14th, 2013 - 7:15amThis isn’t really a starter pack… it’s got all this collectors stuff and only ONE PACK. if I was just starting to get these cards, all I would do is go and buy a pack or two. maybe if this just had the game mat and 2-3 packs it would be more of a starter pack than collector pack.

October 13th, 2013 - 10:42pmlooks like it’s more a case of the material the costumes are made out of rather than something that matt smith ect actually wore. they would only be able to make 2 or something if they did that. ii think these will be a super rare card or something.

October 14th, 2013 - 9:56amNo, it is actually 7 screen-worn costumes & the ratio is 1 in every 75 packets – So not even 1 per box. They will be Limited to how many they make from the costume – So if they make 500 from the 11th Doctor’s jacket it will be 500 cards…

October 13th, 2013 - 9:37pmYep, you can buy single cards from http://www.toppsdirect.com. Do a search for a Doctor who on that site and you can choose the different card types. There’s a limit to how many rates you can get in one order but just just go back and do another order if you need more. Good luck.
