      To put into context a pack with a costume card in is around twice as rare as a Character Building Madame Kovarian I think.

      heard a rumour that they had different textures like DWMI did. Some soft and some hard.

      They’ll probably be like a normal card, with a small section of it being a fabric, supposedly from an original costume

      Notice that none of the costumes are that major. The 11th doctor one is the green jacket that he wore a few times in series 6. The masters one was only worn in the End of time and the 10th doctors pyjamas were only worn once. So yeah I think they are probably real.
