November 12th, 2016 - 9:41amI’m actually surprised at how much I love these figures, I think they’re all great, I especially love the 11,10,8, and 7 a lot more than I thought I would! I’d say get this set if you can, cause I think that these be the best Doctor figures out there, apart from 12, as I think his new release will take that spot.

November 11th, 2016 - 6:42pmAlthough I bought my 13 doctors action figure set from the USA now over 3 months ago and I did pay over the odds. I am still very much happy with the 13 doctors action figure set. My favourite doctors of the set are the Variant NOTD wounded 8th doctor variant, the 6th doctor variant and also the variant war doctor. Still in all happy with it as it was and will be my final purchase as a Whovian and collector.

November 9th, 2016 - 8:52pmAfter a 12 day wait I finally got my set delivered on transfer from another store to my local TRU – number 03465. A very nice set overall, the sixth is my fav variant but 12th is the worst he looks like a zombie!

November 9th, 2016 - 9:48amReally loving this set and I’m very glad I took the punt after debating over purchasing it. I love the new detailed paint applications on the figures, it really makes some of the likenesses shine through, particularly Pat, Jon, Sylvester and Peter.
There are a few variants which are just nice to have, such as Bill, Colin and Chris. The latter of which has a slight comic book-esque look about him, a la Supremacy of the Cyberman! I suppose Paul fits in this category too and he is probably my favourite figure in the set. The weathering is fantastic and I really like the wounded face too.
Tom, Peter, John, David and Matt are all great too. It’s nice to have souped up variants of previous figures now it’s possible. They really stand out on the shelf and have all become definitive now. The David figure will never be perfect until they do a completely new one, but I appreciate the more accurate colours and an attempt to do the white shirt. The coat made of a harder plastic is nice too.
Lovely set!
WouldYouLikeAJellyBaby?
November 9th, 2016 - 3:50pmI think the Ninth Doctor is definitely supposed to be from Titan comics as the ways his eyebrows are exaggerated and the paint applied to his face makes him seem comic-esque similar to the Eighth Doctor that was included in the Dalek Alpha Toys R Us exclusive Children of the Revolution twin pack.
ME
November 8th, 2016 - 10:22pmGot this set today and I absolutely love it! Though I have one problem with it and this is the same problem I had with the Eleventh Doctor box set, the 11th Doctor’s legs are bent and wobbly! Do they not care about him?! Why do packege him like that? Such a shame

November 8th, 2016 - 4:56pmPlus the y don’t have their accessories (the chalice, the moment) which (going of promotional images) really were needed to set the figures off.

November 8th, 2016 - 5:27pmNo they are not worth it. The originals of both are much better take it from me.
But the set is much better than people first think. 3, 6, 7, 10 and 11 are all really excellent.

November 7th, 2016 - 11:03amSo which Doctors are meant to have removable heads? My War and 12th heads wont come off, the only one that does is 7.
Judooning
November 7th, 2016 - 11:27am1st, 6th, 7th, 8th, War, 12th Should all come off as these sculpts have the head joint that allows them too.
However a couple of people have mentioned that it’s very difficult to remove the heads in this set. Mine are very stiff by I have no reason to remove them anyway. I wouldn’t force them just in case there have been some amendments to the head joint which won’t allow you to remove them. Don’t want to break them.
Masterdoctorten
November 7th, 2016 - 3:47pmThe 6th doctor head shouldnt come off. The trial of a timecard costume was made non-removable in the 11 doctors set.

November 5th, 2016 - 3:26pmMy thoughts n the set:
1st Dr – Fantastic variant. It stands out well from all the other 1st Dr figures due to the colours on his trousers and waistcoat. Hair and face have been painted in a more realistic way too.
2nd Dr – Has a more “human” look to his face this time around. The Grey in the hair sets the head off nicely. A much more noticeable colour difference in the shirt compared to previous releases. Trousers are brilliant.
3rd Dr – Again, the face seems much improved with a more life like appearance. The red jacket looks great when put next to previous versions. Namely the Blue and Purple jacket Third Doctors. Nice and Vibrant
4th Dr – I may be alone here but I think I prefer the original release of this with K9. There is no doubt that the scarf is a lot better, But I just think the paint apps on the face of the previous release suit it more. Everything else on it is great though. Hair is a lot more detailed.
5th Dr – A big surprise this one. I actually love it and it’s one of my favourite figures in the set! The way everything has been painted from the hair/face to the trousers and shoes gives it an almost rustic look. It comes across as messy…but in the weirdest way possible it really suits this figure.
6th Dr – Lovely figure that stands out from the rest in this set due to the vibrant yet deep blue used. I always loved the original real Time 6th Dr figure but this is much better with more patterning on the clothes. Nice to see him with his Sonic lance once again.
7th Dr – Undecided with this one. I can’t tell if I like the new trousers or not. I think I just don’t like that colour of muddy green in general which is why it’s not doing anything for me. However it has all been painted nice. I do prefer the hatted version though.
8th Dr – The scars on his face are a little OTT but it still set this once off as a decent enough variant from the original. I really do like the scrapes and scuffs on his outfit. A lore more detailed than the previous battered figure of the 10th Dr from the End of time. Just more realistic in general.
War Doctor – I really don’t like this one. I’d say it’s a big step down from the previous release. The colouring on the coat is awful. It looks like the figure has just been dipped in thick black syrup! The way the face and hair has been painted is also a let down. Too much of a was has been added over the hair and beard. Same for the trousers and boots. It’s far too exaggerated.
9th Dr – This version reminds me of something from the TITAN comics rather than from the TV show. The cartoon like eyebrows and the purple jumper and a lot more reminiscent of a comic strip 9th Dr. I’m not complaining. I just think CO could have gotten away with even stating in the description that it was a comic/Big finish version etc. I think that would be more accurate. His jacket is much more battered and weathered.
10th Dr – Love it! Great new colours to the coat and suit that make the figure so much more real. His pure white shirt is lovely and stands out just enough to differentiate from the previous blue shirt releases.
11th Dr – Another vast improvement made that blows it’s previous 2010 version out of the water. Much better paint apps allow the texture of his jacket to shine through and the stripes on his shirt are a big improvement.
12th Dr – If we forget the fact that this is basically a strait up re-release, it’s still a nice figure. If a little bland. I love the black shirt, and his face still resembles Capaldi. However if they could paint his face in a style used for the earlier doctors such as the 1st/2nd/3rd Doctors then I think it would look even better.
So overall I LOVE this set. There was only one major let down for me, the War Doctor. I would say the best figure in this set is the 2nd Doctor, Followed by the 5th and the 10th.
1st, 3rd and 6th Dr’s are also some of the stand out figures in this set.
4th Dr is great if you don’t have the original version. Same with the 8th, 11th and 12th Dr’s
7th and 9th Dr’s are nothing to shout about but still nice additions.
