I think you might be wrong. I heard the eleventh doctor is being packed with either blue or orange dalek, eight is being packed with dalek alpha

The 7th Doctor set (for those of you who don’t already know) will be a Renegade Dalek with some kind of difference from the original.

I hope that 1. It has a larger eyestalk and 2. The Doctor in the set has a new scarf paint job to make it look like the colour of the actual scarf he had.

    The actual scarf: http://cache.io9.com/assets/images/8/2010/10/custom_1287952121444_picture_159.png

Hopefully it will have the correct number of vertical slats. The original was wrong.

    • Dalek The Supreme

      March 1st, 2013 - 1:13pm

Since they’re repainted from the 6th Doctor era Imperial Dalek props, the smaller eyestalk is actually accurate.

I also hope the dalek has a mesh unlike the remembrance set variant

      February 10th, 2013 - 2:37pm

i think it will look so much better, the first renegade figure is good, but i would like to see it more accurate, can’t wait to see the 7th doctor set.

    • Dalek The Supreme

      March 1st, 2013 - 1:15pm

I would love to have a Seventh Doctor (I don’t have one yet), especially with a serious face, and then a Dalek from my favorite Classic Who story of all time… That just can’t be beat!

    • McGann is the Doctor

      March 1st, 2013 - 2:34pm

While I was hoping for an Imperial with accurate eye piece, or better yet the special weapons Dalek, the renegade should still be good.

Hope they make the eyestalk bigger and have the Doctor’s scarf be accurate this time.

I did bid, but stopped at 55.00 pounds, hard to justify it, will just wait and see if TRU does any special 2 for 1 offers when the stock eventually arrives, heres hoping!

    • booboo

      February 10th, 2013 - 2:03pm

if they are £19.99 (and i dont know if they are) then i would suspect a 3 for 2 offer or even half price in a few weeks or buy one get one free

    • drjakeyoung

      February 10th, 2013 - 3:15pm

why £12 for standard delivery? I mean he only lives in London so he is not that far away! For £12 i would expect express delivery!

    • Radburn

      February 10th, 2013 - 5:15pm

How come the David tennant series is being called as classic?

    • WouldYouLikeAJellyBaby

      February 10th, 2013 - 11:05am

It’s being called a Classic because he’s no longer The Doctor and his Era is considered to be part of The Classic Era.

    • booboo

      February 10th, 2013 - 11:06am

The BBC production wise call everything before the 11th Doctor classic now, doest apply to merchandise licensing though

    • Anonymous

      February 10th, 2013 - 11:42am

Actually it does, if you take a classic licence you get the first ten Doctors. The only exceptions to that are when groups (such as Big Finish) deliberately opt out of certain parts.

    • booboo

      February 10th, 2013 - 11:45am

in which case they are still treated separately

Don’t care what any one thinks in my eyes doctors 1-8 are classic and 9-11 new series and it always will be

    • Human

      February 10th, 2013 - 5:00pm

Does this mean the Ninth and Tenth Doctors stories will be released in the classic series DVD format after they have finished animating the missing episodes?

    • Anonymous

      February 11th, 2013 - 2:14pm

They could potentailly be, but they won’t necessarily be re-released.

    • Dalek The Supreme

      March 1st, 2013 - 1:16pm

I agree with Booboo, 20th Century Doctors = Classic, 21st Century Doctors = New

It seems very apparent that most TRU staff will just dream up a date to get rid of people asking tough questions, i have been told “coming into stock May” then “coming into stock Thursday 7th Feb” and now “late next week”

    • DarkknightDalek

      February 9th, 2013 - 8:49pm

      Maybe you are right.

THEY MIGHT BE MAKING RANDAM DATES!!!!!!!!
