I can gave you figures, and as whole it looks like a lot of money but you can stop at anytime or just buy the ones you want though so what you end up spending is down to you

the vast majority will just subscribe and end up taking everything.

I phoned them today and eventually got through.
The chap was very helpful, but did say that there will be 70 Issues, so with specials and folders you are looking at over £600, and will need a massive display area.

Mind you, the Star Trek series they are doing will be more like £800…..

Too much for me I am afraid…

If your subscription hasn’t been confirmed its best to telephone.I telephoned about 9.30am what happens is if you have subscribed you will currently be on a pre order list and towards the end of August beginning of September they transfer you to there data base in theory I think they are having problems with the large amount of interest.

Just for peoples interest I asked on the Facebook page for the collection, and they have confirmed that a new and higher quality 11th Doctor figurine will indeed come with issue 1.

The website confirms that after issue 10 future figurines include: Rassilon , 4th Dr , Dalek Supreme , Omega , Madame Vastra , Sea Devil , Emperor Dalek & many more

as long as there are enough subscribers and they dont run out of characters (it may not be possible to get the rights to some figures) the sky’s the limit

Indeed, it’s like I subscribed a week ago, received no confirmation email so I emailed them asking why this was the case. Their response was very generic as they told me its because the partwork is not out yet …. I knew that already!

Forget customer services (who have now shown themselves to be incompetent), as Eaglemoss have told me on Facebook (I was posting about the DVD Files and asked for a release date about this collection also citing the conflicting info)

“…We will be launching the Doctor Who figurine collection around the end of August, however we will be giving the exact date nearer the time.”

I asked a question on facebook about subscriptions the answer was pathetic, ive tried to telephone their customer services no one answered ive now sent an email. If I hear nothing i will just telephone paypal so they stop any payments ive never known a customer service like Eaglemoss you would of thought all the bad publicity they got for their sales of the superhero subscription they would of learned a lesson it seems not.
