the staff are unlikely to know of individual items to be fair as they cover such a huge range but my store were excellent in finding them on the shelf and putting them by
If you ring head office they can tell you when stock is due have found them to be an extremely helpful

August 15th, 2014 - 4:32pmLike you a wasted afternoon trying to get these figures. It is so disappointing to see non-Whovians selling these things on eBay and genuine collectors cannot find them in the nearest B&M shops.
I appreciate everyone discussing them so that we know about it and let’s hope that proper collectors get in quick before the eBay brigade do.

personally i dont think £20 free post is over the top (for one set) for these from ebay if you dont live near a store
you have £3 post probably and then packing material and the 10% seller fees and paypal fees on top
if you work it out they are not making a lot £2-£3 a set that’s all

August 16th, 2014 - 12:54amHave to agree with Booboo on this: Not everyone has access to FP’s, B&M’s, etc ~ I don’t have any B&M store anywhere near me & my ‘local’ FP is miles away & I go there about once a year. £20 is a bargain on ebay for a set like this, when you have to rely on the post for your merchandise…

June 20th, 2014 - 7:58pmI always wanted both grey headed Silent’s as opposed to the pink versions, I got both pinks, and only got the closed mouth grey version, and the other versions has the electric shock hands, so, it’s nice that this set allows me to complete my silent collection. Definite pick up. Also, any more Cybermen are lovely in my book
