Do you think that the Christmas Special will be released on DVD and Blu Ray this month or do you think it will be included on the Series Seven: Part Two Boxset?

    • Posted by: Gordon January 13th, 2013

Its with part2. Its already been confirmed its not getting a seperate release

    • Posted by: Doctor Who Crazy Ross January 13th, 2013

Okay, Thanks Gordon. You have helped me a lot :)

    • Posted by: McGann is the Doctor January 30th, 2013

The first Doctor Who christmas special since the Christmas Invasion not to get an individual release :!:

    • Posted by: Alex Noonan February 9th, 2013

Does this mean that the Complete Seventh Series will include episodes from “The Doctor, the Widow and the Wardrobe” to Episode 14 (TBA)? I sure hope so.

    • Posted by: Radburn February 12th, 2013

Yes – I presume we will get 15 Episodes in the Complete Series 7 with a pile of Special Features. First off with the Christmas Special “The Doctor, The Widow & The Wardrobe” the first 5 episodes of Season 7, the follow-on Christmas Special & then the final 8 episodes of Season 7. I expect release to be about Aug/Sept 2013. Then we will get the Doctor Who drama, the Anniversary episode Nov & then the next Christmas Special.

Saw the original in Asda on the day it was realesed. I also got Ambassadors of death and Claws of Axos SE, but not series 7 part 1.

Got this a couple of days ago! This edition is amazing! And it has an amazing value for money. For me, the art cards are worth their weight in gold and if/when you buy the Series 7 complete boxset (which i will be doing) then the other extras will probably be on there too! :P

If you haven’t checked my pictures, please do so!

  7. Posted by: McGann is the Doctor October 10th, 2012 Reply

That cover is AWESOME but I don’t want it on the DVD because it’s a lie.

The Doctor doesn’t have scars/cuts on his face in the episode.

    • Posted by: Esterath October 13th, 2012

      He does.

  8. Posted by: RORY DOCTOR RIVER POND October 9th, 2012 Reply

there is another on bbc shop, it’s all of this with a weeping angel T shirt for 40 quid. Look into it!

    • Posted by: RORY DOCTOR RIVER POND October 8th, 2012

TARDIS. I think. These will come on telly again, and I would wait for the whole box set.

    • Posted by: Dalek Prime Minister October 9th, 2012

      What tardis playset?

  10. Posted by: Doom Dalek October 6th, 2012 Reply

When is able to buy online

  11. Posted by: The TARDIS October 5th, 2012 Reply

Does this come with the same special features as the limited “Angel” Edition and the standard release?

  12. Posted by: Mumble5557 October 3rd, 2012 Reply

Think that this is better value for money.

  13. Posted by: dr who 1999 October 3rd, 2012 Reply

seriously, what do people think i should get this and 7A PART 2 or wait for the complete box set. i have an urge to buy this because i don’t want to wait months for the other box set

    • Posted by: Cyberking281 October 4th, 2012

I always get the volumes so i dont have to wait months for the boxset

    • Posted by: dr who 1999 October 4th, 2012

this looks like the candidate then, plus its actually cheaper than the other limited edition

    • Posted by: Santos24681 October 4th, 2012

This is definately the right choice because 3 reasons:
      1. as you said its cheaper than the other limited edition
      2. you get 5 exclusive art cards while in the other limited edition you get a poster which will probably get its own release
      3. much better cover because the other limited edition is just a weeping angel

    • Posted by: Dalek Prime Minister October 4th, 2012

But with the angel one, you have extras on the DVD, which are the science of dr who and dr who at the comic con! I thnk they aren’t on this, which makes the angel one better in my opinion! (I may be wrong about this, but nowhere lists this as having these extras!)

    • Posted by: dr who 1999 October 4th, 2012

iv’e just checked and yea, the other edition has extra extras! AHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!! so annoying, there are good points and bad points for both sets, you know what, just for the extras i am going to get the other one

    • Posted by: booboo October 4th, 2012

in the USA its on the standard version as well, very confusing

    • Posted by: Cyberking281 October 5th, 2012

To tell you the truth im just glad that this has Pond Life and the other 2 prequels, but i suppose i would like to see Doctor Who At Comic Con

    • Posted by: Dalek Prime Minister October 5th, 2012

But does America have the angel one? As maybe that’s why the normal one for them has them on!

  14. Posted by: RORY DOCTOR RIVER POND October 3rd, 2012 Reply

the cards look good. i could stick them on my wall!

    • Posted by: Dalek Prime Minister October 3rd, 2012

Where did you get the pics of Amy Rory and the doctor for the cover do the sleeve? As I have seen promo pics of them alone, but can’t find them online!

    • Posted by: Anonymous October 4th, 2012

Thanks guys. Really appreciate the comments. For the sleeve i used promo pics from the gallery on whoismattsmith.com. Great sight for many people wanting to do photo edits

  18. Posted by: That Cherub over there October 3rd, 2012 Reply

  19. Posted by: The TARDIS October 3rd, 2012 Reply

    • Posted by: The TARDIS October 3rd, 2012
