Got this today with 95, a great figurine, nice to see that it’s a lot different to the Earthshock version. I thought they would be too similar, but evidently not.

Not many more Cybermen to go from the looks of it. From the classic series and due to their minor roles I can’t see them doing The War Games or Carnival of Monsters. In the modern series I guess its unlikely they’ll do The Next Doctor (Cyberking already released as a special), The Pandorica Opens/The Big Bang or Closing Time as these are effectively Doomsday Cybermen. Same with the Dark Water/Death in Heaven Cybermen which are the same as Nightmare in Silver. So in theory we’re only to get The Five Doctors, The Army of Ghosts/Doomsday Cyberman and the Series 10 Mondasian Cybermen. Can anyone think of any other variants?

044 – Cyberman (‘The Tenth Planet’)
    053 – Cyberman (‘The Moonbase’)
091 – Cyber Controller (‘The Tomb of the Cybermen’)
080 – Cyberman (‘The Wheel in Space’)
    021 – Cyberman (‘The Invasion’)
    — The War Games —
    — The Carnival of Monsters —
063 – Cyber Leader (‘Revenge of the Cybermen’)
    032 – Cyber Leader (‘Earthshock’)
    — The Five Doctors —
098 – Cyber Controller (‘Attack of the Cybermen’)
    094 – Cyberman (‘Silver Nemesis’)
003 – Cyber Controller (‘Rise of the Cybermen/Age of Steel’)
    — Army of Ghosts/Doomsday —
    — The Next Doctor —
    — The Pandorica Opens/The Big Bang —
    — Closing Time —
014 – Cyberman (‘Nightmare in Silver’)
072 – Wooden Cyberman (‘The Time of the Doctor’)
    — Dark Water/Death in Heaven —
    — Hell Bent —
    — Season 10 Finale – New Mondasian Cyberman —

Dark Water/Death In Heaven half Cyberman/half skeleton would be a good option?

They will do the ‘normal’ ranked Cybermen for all the ones which just have Leaders or Controllers, they may also do the “Stealth” Cyberman from “Attack”, a Cybershade, and Pandorica Guard. They are not out of Cybermen yet. You’re trying to think in stories, but they are thinking in variants. Else there would not be 3 figures from “Remembrance of the Daleks”

This isn’t Cybermen as per the cover picture is it – It’s actually the Cyber Leader?

It is the Cyber Leader yes, they just like to occasionally use plural despite the fact there is only one figurine, and they couldn’t say “Cyber Leaders” because there’s only one in the story, so “Cybermen” it is for whatever reason.

That’s the plan if they have enough time (although getting all the Daleks out is the priority).

Got a feeling that sutekh will be the last issue released must be the one everybody’s waiting for

Yes, but that doesn’t really make much of a difference because there are a lot of variants still to get through. You could release nothing but Cybermen after the announced figures and still not be finished by 120.

Their Marvel Comics figures made it to issue 200 and was still financially viable (they only stopped because Marvel demanded the collection end). These can run for a long time if people keep on buying.

One of my favourite classic Cybermen! At least they are doing every type, really hope they do the Attack CyberController as we have never had one.

A stealth cyberman also from attack would be great, that would just about complete the classic cybermen in terms of sculpt as the regular cybermen in this story did have different boots.
A city of the daleks dalek emperor or eternity clock emperor would probably make more money for them, they’ve got 3/5 emperors now.

I think its like booboo has said in the past, they only have licence to make Doctor who characters from the actual series not Big finish. Would be good though if they could

Neil Corry didn’t deny that it was the Veil. He sad it wasn’t finished yet. Although it technically speaking isn’t confirmed, we can be fairly certain.

Also a Voord has been confirmed by Ben Robinson, but no issue no. yet. A Yeti has also been “confirmed”.

So after this it’s the Marshman, but what’s 96? Wasn’t there a preview that showed it was the Veil and Neil Corry denied it? As for the rest:

    97 – Cyber Controller (Attack)
    98 – The Destroyer
99 – Supreme Dalek (Invasion of Earth)
    100 – Master (Roger Delgado)
    Special 11 – Azal

Yes there is. Subscriber Dalek 8 was the Wilkie Dalek and it’s been released. The Embryo Technician and Death Zone Dalek will be released soon as 9 & 10.

      January 16th, 2017 - 6:54pm

when was the Wilkie Dalek released as I haven’t had it?

    • The Werewolf

      January 16th, 2017 - 7:43pm

The Wilkie Dalek will be released in about a week and half with issues 90 & 91. It’s not been released yet.

    • The Werewolf

      March 20th, 2017 - 1:55pm

I know it’s late but Neil Corry ever denied 96 was the Veil, he just said it wasn’t finished at the time of preview.
