The TARDIS, with the Fifth Doctor, Tegan and Turlough on board, becomes caught in a time corridor. Once freed it materialises in London in 1984 near the exit of the corridor. Upon investigating warehouses nearby, the travellers stumble upon a trap set for them by the Daleks!

Meanwhile, in the future at the other end of the time corridor, a Dalek battle cruiser attacks an obsolete Earth prison station in deep space to free Davros, their creator. Held in suspended animation aboard the station for over ninety years, the Daleks aim is to get his help in finding an antidote to a virus deadly only to Daleks. The virus was created by a race of humanoid robots called Movellans who have been at war with the Daleks for centuries.

Upon revival Davros learns the Daleks have almost been wiped out, and are now being systematically hunted down and destroyed by the Movellans.

To counter the offensive and in an attempt to save themselves, the Daleks used their time technology to infiltrate key positions of authority on Earth with android duplicates. Having now also lured and trapped the Doctor to copy his brain pattern, they now intend to send duplicates of the Doctor and his companions to Gallifrey. On arrival the duplicates would kill the High Council and gain mastery over time wiping out all their past defeats.

Ultimately, their plans are thwarted when the Movellan virus is deliberately released on board the station by Davros as his Daleks led by the Supreme Dalek turn against him yet again. Back on Earth the Doctor also releases the virus destroying the Daleks there, and Davros flees the station in an escape pod.

Is the Davros in this set the same model as in the Revelation of the Daleks set? It looks very similar from what I can see- even has the panel on the side that comes off. The only difference I noticed is that the microphone is one the other side of his head.

B-but the “Time Crash” Fifth Doctor figure looks nothing like how he looks in the episode? That’s a young version of him? 😯

    That’s a bit silly… 😐

Definatley getting this today. It looks great especially the Terry Molloy Davros. That’s really the reason why I’m buying this. All the other figures look great too. I’ll post a reply later on today to tell people who haven’t got the set who are planning to get the set then I will tell them what they are looking forward to buying. 😉

The Davros in this set is gonna blow my display out of proportion, Terry Molloy will always be my choice Davros, like Anthony Ainley is mine the Master.
Hey booboo, since you know the future (Im assuming you know absolutely everything at the moment) is the Michael Wisher Davros to be a single release? Dyou think there will be a set, with rereleased (Genesis) Daleks from the Dalek collector set? And yet another rerelease of that 4th Doctor figure, last seen in the Tardis set from the Planet of Evil(it wasnt even the costume from that story.

Lately, our Toy manufacturers seem to have been on a journey to set new Doctor-Who Milestones in their figure range. Weve had the first release of a companion, a classic Davros (or two, if you know what I mean 😀 “Whats he talking about?” 😕 ,the Genesis of the Daleks Davros) and before this we had many different Cybermen, Tardises occassional Monsters/extra Doctor-variations and aswell weve also been getting the new Series figures, though we could still manage with just about another wave of those (Riversong, the Dreamlord, Rory).

Loved the new costume the Doctor got, after Warriors of the Deep. I thought he had really gone on for long enough in that previous getup, and it needed a little spruce-up. Anyhow, I hate to tell you of a set for the colin Baker dalek story, that really does the story no justice. Its the Doctor in that blue cloak, for the Necros funeral. I hated that cloak and more to the point, the Doctors catbadge is unchanged, NO CHANCE I WOULD GET THIS!

And I believe the Davros in that story was also diffrent aparatus, with the wires and the eye-bulb.
