August 20th, 2025 - 11:31pmMy books arrived today. I’m so, so happy with them. The Terrance Dicks are the hardbacks, and the Doctor Who and the Daleks Target book is the illustrated hardback too! It’s £23 on its own on Amazon! Absolute steal, this offer!

Surprised to see that the TD volumes are actually the hard back editions and Origin Stories is also hard back with the JW era logo so also doesn’t contain the bonus 10/Donna story as shown on the updated cover on Zavvi

August 16th, 2025 - 1:06pmYeah I wanted the softbacks really as I find hardback awkward to hold when reading, especially the size of the TD ones! However, complaining might just result in them wanting you to return the items for a refund and the hastle of that for a tenner isn’t worth it it me. They’ll look nice on my book shelf anyway and really it’s a steal for the price

I guess they have received more orders than they anticipated.
I ordered 3 books and still waiting for a dispatch date.

The payment has not yet been taken so am beginning to think that my order will not be processed and I will not receive the books.
Was the offer too good to be true?
Guess I will have to wait and see.

I must admit, I have usually had good experiences with Zavvi so I was and am still somewhat surprised that many of us have not received their orders.
