June 24th, 2014 - 3:42pmI ordered a complete CDU of the 10th doctor set from forbidden planet. I had 3 of the basic figure set missing and an empty box which had been opened and had an opened bag in it. I had to get the 3 I didn’t get from ebay as fb could not supply me them and I got refunded for the empty box.

June 24th, 2014 - 3:51pmYeah…their Customer Service is the worst Ive ever come accross. They are 10 years behind most other places. Their shops are fantastic but, in my experience in Croydon, the staff know nothing about their products or upcoming stock (and refer to the website…which anyone can do. Their online staff are unhelpful and hopeless. Shame because they have a loyal customer base, yet they dont seem to grasp the idea of customer satisfaction.

June 24th, 2014 - 11:18amBe warned…I ordered the complete CDU of the 11 Doctors and didnt get the 2nd or 5th Doctor (I did get 2 rares though). I complained to FP who took their time and tried to blame Titans but in the end they sent me the 2nd and 5th Doctors as a goodwill gesture.

June 24th, 2014 - 11:56amIf you ask me; the design brief probably said ‘Bad Wolf TARDIS’ meaning the one from Turn Left, but the designer got confused – did this one thinking it was the one they wanted, and they just included it in the range because they had the design.

Titan say Rose is trapped in another dimension,they reply to another question by saying it’s not impossible though and they are trying,sounds as like it’s been said it’s licencing issues. What hacks me off is that they seem to include a tardis in most of the series,being blind bagged as well as I’ve already got three tardis.

You’d think she’d be glad of the publicity to try and reignite her career.

Again these sets frequently change with figures or ratios not even on the boxes or incorrect – If we add Rose to the set that is 12 figures plus 4 Chase – Making a (Usual?) run of 16 figures per set…
