The Sarah Jane Adventures – Series 4 DVD (October 31, 2011)
Created by former Doctor Who show runner, Russell T Davies, this exciting action-adventure series follows the exploits of school friends Luke, Clyde and Rani, who team up with alien investigator Sarah Jane Smith and her trusty super-computer Mr Smith to examine strange and mysterious events.
This time, Sarah Jane is reunited with another of the Doctor’s former companions, Jo Grant, and they’re joined by the Eleventh Doctor (Matt Smith) in an adventure featuring new vulture aliens and a trip to an alien planet.

October 23rd, 2011 - 10:02pmsarah jane’s alien files is a spin-off series that aired alongside the sarah jane adventures series 4. Each ep coinsided with a part 1. They went through old enemies, putting it in a file called The Alien Files. It aired on cbbc. It is unknown if it was going to have a series 2 to coinside with series 5 of the sarah jane adventures, but this is unlikely as they covered almost everything.

However a website reporting on it made a list speculating what it thought was going to happen (doctorwhotv to be precise) in terms of broadcasting and everyone has now believed that half the series will be braodcast in 2013 even though Steven Moffat has already stated that the whole thing is being broadcast in 2012 and will be in a complete 13 episode forrmat as usual.

But i have had this idea in my head 4 ages, how is this they do continue the series but they call it the Bannerman Road Kids Adventures, with Rani, Clyde mabye Luke and K9 and that little girl in the teaser trailer that was shown. How does that sound guys?

September 21st, 2011 - 9:20pmApparently the ideal situation would have had the series ending with Sarah Jane SMith leaving Earth to explore the universe sadly though they never got it but apparently the ending of episode 6 is pretty good as well but it wasn’t originally inteded to be the final scene but does seem a rather nice conclusion to the series and the story entirely revolves around the character of Sarah Jane SMith so Elisabeth Sladen gives a brilliant last story.

The news of her death struck me as unexpected and untimely as it was, I could hardly believe it possible.
Who thinks a classic Sarah Jane figure relase, perhaps from Planet of Spiders, would be nice ?
I can imagine a Sarah Jane two-pack with the Third Doctor in that splendid outfit he wore. Should be nice to get .

The episodes on here are by far the best! I was surprised at how RTD wrote death of the doctor! He got the doctor spot on and actually made him the doctor instead of some blabbing human like how he wrote tennant but he got chris fine he just mucked David’s doctor up!

Lis was one of my heroes ever since 1998 when I got into Doctor Who. for those you who are wondering why these always come out around september/october it’s because the BBC have a rule to release these DVD’s when other Doctor Who DVD’s have been released. there are new Doctor Who titles released every week now so younger viewers who weren’t born when the show was first around can see what the show was like before the days of CGI effects and other things.
