Doctor Who The Other (War) Doctor 5″ Figure

The ‘Other Doctor’ is the Doctor’s dark chapter, an _hitherto unknown incarnation whose existence he has spent centuries repressing, a secret he wants no one to know of.
He is a relic of the past, part of the great Time War, when he spent centuries fighting alongside his fellow Time Lords against the Daleks and made the final decision to end it with a desperate act that cost that incarnation the right to use the name “Doctor”.
This haunted and battle-worn Other Doctor is finally forgiven after helping find a new solution to end the war, giving the Eleventh Doctor a new purpose as he heads into further adventures.

I also put The Eighth Doctor Head onto the Body and it looks Fantastic!!! I will post some pictures of them to the Site at some point when I have time.

March 30th, 2014 - 7:51pmI ordered mine from FPi on 18th March and it’s still not been dispatched, yet other people who ordered theirs like four days later have had theirs dispatched… What’s all that about? Surely it should be a first come first serve basis?
I logged into my FPi account and the order is there – payment showing as “Completed”, but next to where it says “Order status” there’s nothing. I’m hoping I’ll get a dispatch email tomorrow; It’s starting to get on my nerves. :/

I did receive an order confirmation email either late on the 18th or early on the 19th, so at least I know there’s actually a record of my order.

March 30th, 2014 - 8:33pmI know. My local FPi got the figure in stock the morning after I ordered it online – so If I’d have waited 12 hours I could of gone and got one. But, in hindsight, I didn’t know my local store was going to get it in, so I ordered it online.
The stocktake finished on Friday (I think), because people have since had theirs dispatched, so we know they’re on with it. Just a bit strange how we’ve not had ours dispatched when we ordered them earlier.

March 31st, 2014 - 12:12amThis is a direct quote from FPi’s terms and conditions page – the Pre-Orders and Back Orders section: When products do arrive they are shipped out “in the same sequence as orders are placed on the system”. In other words, first come first served.
With that in mind, mine or anyone else’s payment methods aren’t the deciding factor on if the figure has or hasn’t been dispatched. I’m guessing FPi must handle all orders in this way – it’s only fair. It must be a mix up with order dates, or some people aren’t receiving dispatch emails and some are.
