Starting this Saturday the Daily Mirror (Daily Record and Sunday Mail in Scotland) and are giving away Character Building figures.
Collect tokens each day up until Thursday and redeem them for these and other Doctor Who items at Sainsbury’s or Toys R Us.

May 7th, 2011 - 12:51pmOur closest Sainsbury’s stores claim they have not received the figures at all. Just looked on ebay. Someone claims to have ten of these figures to sell at £7.99 each!! I hate those people. Have e-mailed Character, Sainsbury’s and the Mirror Group to express my disappointment. Not sure what good it will do, but it made me feel better.

May 7th, 2011 - 12:58pmI know the 11th dr blue boetie is re-released in the 11 dr’s set, and the eternal dalek hopefully in the dalek chamber set that is released in autum/winter, but what about the new Amy pond? I just want these figures so bad but my sainsburys has non. Are you sure the CO-OP sells them?

May 7th, 2011 - 11:34amThe address that is on the voucher is for the Sainsburys store manager to send vouchers to. I’ve tried phoning the customer service number in the Daily Mirror. No reply on three occasions. Very unsatisfactory if you ask me.
