After once again being put on trial by the Time Lords, the Doctor’s TARDIS was shot out of the skies by his old enemy the Rani and the subsequent crash triggered a regeneration…
Stealth Cyberman from ‘Attack of the Cybermen’
The TARDIS is lured to Earth in 1985 where they encounter a group of Cybermen based in London’s sewers. The Doctor and Peri are then captured and forced to take the Cybermen in the TARDIS to the Cybermen’s home planet Telos. The Cybermen have stolen a time vessel from another race and plan to change history by crashing Halley’s Comet into Earth and obliterating it before it can bring about the demise of their original home world, Mondas, in 1986.
In this set is the Sixth Doctor and a Stealth Cyberman from ‘Attack of the Cybermen’. The Sixth Doctor comes with a signal tracker accessory and the Cyberman is equipped with a Cybergun.

April 26th, 2011 - 11:47amI’d like a cyber controller. I’ve got this set and it just feels weird not to have a cyber controller in it since more people wan’t a cyber controller. They could if released it as the sixth doctor and cyber controller. You couldn’t really get rid of colin in this set because in wave 1 of the classics that figure was one per case so really lets hope we see a cyber controller soon.

January 29th, 2011 - 12:05am-It didnt really cost the much to make this set, bit of paint here. But its still great that weve got this particular figure out again, because I WAS AMAZED by the face sculpt on it. And there is very subtle diffrence from the single-carded release of the 6 Doctor. The blue cravat/kentucky colonel tie whatever he wears is a darker tone than the lighter, more turquoisey one we saw before.
As FOR THE Cyberman, I will have to fold out some newspaper on the desk and apply some more paint to it, the mouth and chest piece. Hope it goes OK.

But TOTV stands for Terror of The Vervoids, i coulda sworn it looks different in that scene where the Doctors in the Tardis room steering a Bicycle, minor modification? If theres one thing Dr Who has made me more aware of and attentive to, its attire.
Anyway, came here to say that when I get this set, the so-called “Stealth Cyberman” is getting a major paintover. Ive got the tiny-paintbrushes ready, the mouth-piece and chest-unit both need to have black paint applied. Character! Why didnt you paint over them?!

November 30th, 2010 - 10:20pm-It actually is NOT because there are a number of serious differences between the real thing and the toy. CO have repainted over the ES Cyberman, which is itself slightly different from those that appeared in Attack of the Cybermen, and this is made worse because the translucent regions arent even painted over.
Seriously, dont underestimate who your selling this stuff to CO, you needa up your game. Fanatics are here trained to notice anything and EVERYTHING.-I know the wiastcoat worn by the Doctor in TOTV has two different alterations. 😀

October 31st, 2010 - 7:30pmHeres my account of this set: I tried to get MY Doctor (never mind favourite or number 1, 6 is just MY Doctor, long story but I’ll write a book about it some time 😉 ) so at CHRISTMAS time last year I tried like a mule to get the figure of Number 6, but it was like, HOW MUCH?!! 58 quid on Amzon, beyond madness, but I found a site called VOGA which sell him, but ended up my dad bought me the Cyberleader from my list instead of him, fair enough in the end, Im still wanting to get him! (and Im giving my Cyberleader away, buy the other one). 😉

October 17th, 2010 - 3:00pm1980s Fourth Doctor= Cant get that until about Easter time next year! Want to see the E-space Trilogy first and I cant watch or buy that until Ive got Meglos which I also cant watch or get until Ive finnished the book which I should be getting for my birthday, but IF I DONT GET IT, therell be much TROUBLE! And not only that, I need to get the 11 Doctors set for teh 70s 4th Doctor figure in it, before I get the one from the 80s. And alas, I cant get that either till Ive got this Sixth Doctor, my Doctor! All I have is the Blue one, cant open yet.

October 16th, 2010 - 5:26pm-Chis (means cheers). See, thisis why people should get their sets in the store of Forbidden Plaet than to order them. Im very picky and the enjoyment of a set can SERIOUSLY be hinderd by paint problems, or mis shapen parts. Stuff can go wrong before the figure makes it to the store.
More advice you say? Okay. If youre a smart kid like batmanmarch, youll know how to customise your figures. The Cybermen figures sold so far, CANNOT be passed as Cybermen from the episode Attack of the Cybermen! Their mouth piece is translucent. Paint over it.

October 16th, 2010 - 5:02pm@McGann is The Doctor I haven’t unfortunately. I saw several sets last week but the black paint of the Cyberman was all over the pick paint of the 6th Doctor’s sleeve. It’s on my most wanted list. Check doctorwhotoys.net for some pictures though of sets outside of packaging.
