Glad I’ll finally be able to get that UNIT set. Not so gutted it didn’t make it to the south originally now because I’ve ultimately saved money this way.

I wonder if these have no Ltd Ed sticker and the bigger red warning label…

20 pounds shipping to the US. So, 30 pounds, or about $35 for two sets.
Not bad, but not spectacular either.

In a year or so, I fully expect to see a similar ‘product offer’ combining the forthcoming 10th Doctor 13th Doctor three-packs…

Won’t happen, all sets go to B&M there is no USA retailer now, what you are seeing here is unsold USA Character owned stock and actually has nothing to do with B&M.

For someone who does not have these figures what a bargain! For us who have and spent time and more money on going round B&M’s to get these first time around then disappointing-very!!

I’m surprised how people had expectations.
Knew it was gonna be a load of rubbish from the start

The old sets were there, but Ye-ti wasn’t. Sorry, bad pun time.

Hey they didn’t have the Det-Sen set den…..

So I was half right, but I think it was a mistake, a big mistake, for Character to do this as a mystery reveal and raise expectations. I really was thinking we were going to get offered a re-release of some older popular figures. These two sets didn’t warrant any kind of build-up, a simple announcement of a discount sale was all that was needed. Feeling deflated. Heigh ho.

I’ll admit, I was one of the people insisting a new product was likely. But what a disappointment. CO would have known teasing an announcement would get people’s hopes up. Shows contempt for the fans.

To be fair they have done exactly what a PR company should do, but to the wrong audience.

There are so many issues here its unreal.

Out of curiosity, what do you mean to the wrong audience, booboo?

Essentially individuals, sites and forums full of people who if they wanted it would already have bought it.

Its a great offer, perhaps pitched in the wrong way to these sectors.

There are over 300 sets in stock, I got up to 310 added to my basket. So I dont think they will sell out overnight as many of us bought these (myself only the Zygons set) for full price!

    Is that it?

Not the most disappointing announcement I’ve heard today but a close second.
