I dont think these could compete with the doctor and dalek sets, the only way they would be able to balance it would be if they relesed little battle packs that would have a collection of figure in one pack like they did with star war or thet would have to make an emparor.

They have only just announced the 5″ version, they must be in love with a dalek that was only in it for ten seconds.

I’d like to see some new releases, such as the metallic Dalek Drone, the Whispermen, the John Hurt Doctor, the Tenth Doctor, Zygon, Rose Tyler, and the Twelfth Doctor

I would rather they released all the variants as standard releases. Collectors happy and CO get more sales, why can’t they see that.

I hope we get the cyberman with gun, but it i a little confusing at how they are releaing several dalek variants the only bronze one i can think of would be Dalek sec, asylum dalek and the imperial guard two of which have been done, i hope we see a red supreme dalek in 3.75 inch

So far this has been a pitible year for new figure releases. The ones we were most looking forward to i.e: claws of axos and the daemons are as good as 2014 and the items for the fiftieth seem to be all re-issues. Hardly a celebration, unless they surprise us which seems unlikely now.

Have to agree. There is plenty of “bits” out there but it just doesn’t seem like a CELEBRATION” year. Perhaps it’ll kick off in November.

Totally agree, i’d really like to have these people who make figures in front of me and ask them WHY?What are they doing? Even the new 3.75” range, that i personally don’t collect, seems not to take off (no surprise, worse quality, slowing down in releasing..) And this is not a random complaint, it’s a matter of fact. Give customers plenty of classic monsters and companions in 5” and you’ll make them happy and they will buy them! Give customers nice new plentiful 3.75 waves and the success in sales will be there.

2 weeks ago I bought another Weeping Angel. Reason being it was so different from original in terms of sporadic paint colour, I thought it might be considered a variant.

Im sure Al said they would be out around Jan/Feb
They will most likely be 50th/christmas figures, so 11, 10, hurt, rose, clara and capaldi are possible. I don’t think they will do 10 and Rose though.

      September 4th, 2013 - 7:36pm

Suppose – I just normally they’d release a wave in Spring, a “1.5” on in Summer, and a completely new set the following Autumn.
