does this mean it’s out of stock or what?

Peter the Winder – good as you get 2 faces and hood accessories
Weeping Angel (Regenerating) – great figure but winder is more interesting i think
Weeping Angel (Regenerated) – Ok if you want every figure.
Amy Pond – great figure and if you can only have one this would be it

but i know the guy who is suposedly selling it and he is not letting me buy it wich makes me very angry 👿
