Peter Capaldi HMV Bond Street Signing

Doctor Who star Peter Capaldi, will be appearing at hmv Bond Street to meet fans and sign copies of the new critically acclaimed Doctor Who Series 9

Monday 7 March, 5:30pm – hmv 363 Oxford Street, London

Peter Capaldi returns as the Twelfth Doctor alongside Jenna Coleman with guests including Game of Thrones’ Maisie Williams.

Now that the Doctor and Clara have established a dynamic as a partnership of equals, they’re relishing the fun and thrills that all of space and time has to offer. Tangling with ghosts, Vikings and the ultimate evil of the Daleks, they embark on their biggest adventures yet.

Missy is back to plague the Doctor once more, the Zygons inspire fear as they shape-shift into human clones, and a new arrival moves in cosmic ways.

The DVD and Blu-ray contain all 12 episodes from Peter Capaldi’s second series in the role with guest stars Maisie Williams and Rufus Hound as well as the brilliant Missy (played by Michelle Gomez).

The Complete Boxset also contains the 2014 Christmas Special, Last Christmas and this year’s highly anticipated, The Husbands of River Song and more than four hours’ worth of extra material.

I hope he does other HMVs like in Bristol (on a weekend which would be nice). I walked past him one at the festival I was so close to getting his autograph. Can’t blame him though I could tell he wanted to avoid getting trapped by fans

I read somewhere that he’s only meeting 200 fans that have pre booked tickets. You’ve probably also got to purchase series 9 from HMV.

I just read it again, I think they’ve sold some ‘priority passes’ to HMV club members for 10,000 points which are all gone now. But if you buy series 9 in store, they give you a wristband and you just have to queue up and hope that you’re one of the 200.

He will only be signing the series 9 DVD/BLURAY and not other items of memorabilia.

You can’t book either. You have to go psychically into the store & purchase your DVD then you’ll get a wristband. Since this has been available since Friday 26th. Feb & is only available in London, I can’t see that many people from Cornwall or Edinburgh popping into Oxford Street to get a copy?

I should imagine you will have to get a wristband & they will probably limit it to a couple of hundred people purchasing a product. Likely he will only be there for an hour or two anyway.
