April 7th, 2012 - 9:50amMy copies of Issue 25 & 26 arrived today!!! It looks like they’re finally taking notice of the Classic Series’, on Issue 26 there’s and Imperial Dalek on the cover. I also got a card I needed in the packets, Card 283: River Song’s Diary. I only need 3 cards now, they are:
Card 225 – Alex
Card 278 – Time Lord Psychic Container
Card 345 – The Infinite
Hopefully I’ll be able to get Alex and the Psychic Container, but I don’t think I’ll get the Infinite, but I might surprise myself at some point. Who knows…

Doctor Who Monster Invasion Upgraded is made up of 110 cards in total – 83 common cards ( 7 or 8 in every pack); 15 Rare ( 1 in every pack); 6 Super Rare 3D (3 in every 10 packs); 5 Ultra Rare (1 in every 10 packs) and the Infinite Card, which is the rarest of them all – there’s only 1 in every 1.000 packs!

April 2nd, 2012 - 1:17pmI like the idea of having Planets as a category, but the main problem is some of those planets haven’t been seen on screen. It’s possible they could do a couple of mock ups, but what would happen if they appeared on screen afterwards, but differently?

Give me a Dalek any day – I guess they don’t put the ones not seen (or at least the show does put the same) and keep the ones that are in. And anyway, they could be only 30 for this set, as the Doctors aren’t many.
DALEKDAVROS – Correct! I’ve forgot more, like the real life planets we know (Jupiter, Sun, Moon, Pluto and more). Although, as some alien places we’ve seen are asteroids (example: Demon’s Run), we could put Planets & Asteroids as the category.

March 30th, 2012 - 6:38pmI think MI will manage 4 sets. In the next one, it will cover Closing Time, TWORS and TDTWATW. It will also have plenty of more adventures from Series 1 and some aliens that we haven’t had (Robot Spiders, Gelth, Absorballoff, Isolus, Jagrafess, Child Slitheen, The Wire and more). Also many SJA cards and a few more from Classics. And maybe a couple of Torchwood cards (Gwen Cooper, Cyberwoman). I think in set 4 (probably January 2013) would cover the first half of series 7 and plenty of Classics, including more series 1-6. And more SJA. 8) 😉

The tin is better than the Extreme one!
The Exploding TARDIS card is in my opinion, the best card, even better than the Autograph Cards (wait am I crazy?! Sorry, the Amy signed is better than it) !!!
Going to open the packs later, hopefully I don’t get The Flood or Flood Transformation! 🙁

The next delivery for subscribers should be around 11th April (the day issue 25 comes out). However, since that’s just after Easter deliveries could be either early or late.

Even when they sent the letter confirming the cancellation they didn’t bother to put the post code on so someone in the postal service wrote on the letter, ‘Maybe…’ [I’m not posting by post code on here] to suggest who this could be addressed to and it was because of that I finally got the letter. Dissapointed with the service but it’s quite a good mag.
