That’s disappointing, did they say what time they’d be in?

I think Booboo has gone to get our figures, I hope they’ve arrived as it takes a while to get to our nearest Sainsburys and we don’t have a Toys R Us in our town

      May 7th, 2011 - 8:51am

They have apparently been told they will arrive later in the day. No time given though. Our nearest toys r us is about 20 miles away. We were up early to get them too! Never mind. Am really hoping they get them in today. The customer service in Sainsbury’s reckoned you’d be able to send away the vouchers at a later date to get them, but it certainly doesn’t mention that in the daily mirror today.

I believe that The Doctor eventually is released for the 11 Doctors Set and the Eternal Dalek will be either Series 2 or Series 3…

The Amy is exclusive for now and I think that this will be the same terms as the star wars lego where you can send away all of the tokens at the end.

    Based on previous Mirror offers:
    – items will only be available on the same day as the paper, you might be lucky the day after if a few are spare, but don’t expect to turn up on Day 6
    – at least one if not two of the freebies will be made of card and worth less than the newspaper
    – expect them to be fetching a premium on eBay by 10am.

There is supposed to be enough stock to meet demand, else the ASA can do the Mirror for false advertising, but I still suggest going early.

A word of caution about not getting these the day they’re released… last year (I think) when Toy Story 3 came out there was a similar thing re. collecting vouchers for toy story lego minifigs… they were sold out within hours. Just a warning! But as people say, at least two of these are slated for release later on (but will be more expensive than buying a paper).
